Hello OAEP members!

We wanted to take a minute to share the success of OAEP's Foundational Skills in Equine Practice lab on Nov 17, 2023! We were thrilled to provide an opportunity for members to gain some new skills and get hands-on practices. Stations included stifle ultrasound, radiology positioning, abdominal ultrasound, and radiograph interpretation. The OAEP executive's aim was to host an event that would provide members with hands-on CE as well as an opportunity to get to know colleagues so we can better support each other as a team of equine veterinarians!

A huge thank you to our wonderful speakers - Drs. Amanda Avison, Orlaith Cleary, Nathalie Cote, Jackie Kaufman, Sarah Shaw, and Meghan Waller. Thank you as well to King Animal Hospital for hosting the event at their beautiful facility, Boehringer Ingelheim and Universal Imaging for sponsoring the day.
