3 week old play time
3 weeks is such a fun age! Puppies are walking, playing, and vocalizing. They love nibbling on their siblings and toys 🥰.
Puppies meet Tila the chihuahua
Puppies are about to turn 3 weeks old, which means we will now start introducing one new experience/object/texture per day.
Today was their first time out in the living room and also their first time meeting Tila the chihuahua. Tila adores little puppies!
They are now able to hear, so we have also started playing calm, gentle music in their room throughout the day. We will soon start to introduce them to desensitization sounds (thunder, fireworks, children, babies crying, etc). We play these for a max of one hour a day during meal times to form positive associations to these sounds.
We have also begun socialization with people, and over the next few weeks they will meet children, cats, and dogs of various sizes and breeds.
