🗓️ July 15 is National Pet Fire Safety Day! 🐾🔥

Keep you and your pets safe with these essential tips:

1️⃣ Kitchen Safety: Keep pets away from stoves and countertops.
2️⃣ Candle Safety: Use battery-operated candles instead of open flames.
3️⃣ Fireplace Safety: Use a fireplace screen and maintain a pet-free zone.
4️⃣ Electrical Safety: Watch out for chewed electrical cords.
5️⃣ Evacuation Plan: Include pets in your fire evacuation plan.

Pets start about 700 home fires yearly. Stay safe and remember to check and change your smoke alarm batteries, keeping you and your furry family members safe! 🏡❤️

🎤🐶🐱At-home veterinary visits help pets avoid the stress of traveling to the hospital 🏥, which can be particularly difficult for timid cats, nervous dogs, or pets with health issues. Home care is less taxing for pets in pain or those with laboured breathing or difficulty walking. 🐕🐈
Despite hospitals’ efforts to create a comfortable environment, unfamiliar sounds, clinical smells, and past experiences can still cause anxiety. In their own homes, pets are more relaxed, allowing for a more accurate assessment of their condition. 🏠🌈❤️
