Dog people! Here's an EXCELLENT free online resource on knowing when and how to pet a dog. I know.... it sounds like something obvious but actually, dogs communicate with us in very subtle ways. This article and video gives some marvellous examples on reading dog behaviour and procedures to help assess if a dog likes to be petted on not. Enjoy!!

I cannot stress enough the importance of pre-vet training. Talk with your clinic and make frequent 'non-visits' so your pup can learn that the place and the people aren't out to get them, but are in fact friendly and want the best for his/her health!!!
