We hosted the secret location ‘Into the Woods’ for the NWT Culinary Festival. Over 60 guests were surprised and enjoyed 8 top Chef’s amazing creations including fish, moose, oxtail and even reindeer!

We attended the Toronto Outdoor Adventure Show this weekend! It was amazing exposure and loved having all the stories of those that have visited Yellowknife and those that are soon to come up.

Winner of our door prize for a fur scarf was Manya from Toronto and she is excited to come up to Yellowknife and see the Auroras, our dogsledding and indigenous culture tours 🤩

We had the pleasure of hosting Ginger Zee, Chief Meteorologist/Chief Climate Correspondent ABC News and Best Selling Author with the crew from GMA, Destination Canada, NWT Tourism and Copper Quartz Media. With special guest, Bill Braden, Photographer and Aurora Up! Author.

Our North of 60 team shared their traditional Dene knowledge, with Larry in the hot seat next to Ginger describing an inspiring handgame demonstration by Tyson Clarke, Ty Lafferty, Lydell Macnab, Elijah Lange, Sam Deranger and Ashton Gahdele.

"GMA" sponsor Destination Canada and ABC News’ Ginger Zee teamed up to showcase the people, the land and the culture of Northern Canada.
