Here’s what Trail Dog brings on hikes and why
Blanket: If you find a pretty spot have a picnic. If your dog gets injured you can also make a sling or a travois to transport them.
First Aid Kit: Take care of any injuries on the trail. I made mine dog friendly by packing extra gauze, vet tape, and quick clot powder.
Water: I bring a squeeze bottle. My dogs are trained to drink right from the bottle and it saves room when packing. You can also get collapsible water dishes.
Treats: If you want fantastic photos don’t forget to pay your models. Mine work for food!
We also carry bear spray, poop bags, human snacks, and a bag to put all of our garbage in. Remember to enjoy nature-take only photos and leave only foot prints.
