🐐 BREAKING MEWS... I mean NEWS! 🐐

Our goats just had SEVEN kids and I'm not talking about the human kind! 6 boys and 1 girl! 💙💙💙💙💙💙🩷

That's right, folks - we went from a peaceful life to running what is essentially a tiny hooved daycare overnight. The bleating levels are off the charts. My sleep schedule? What sleep schedule?

Seven. SEVEN bouncing baby goats who have apparently used up all nine lives' worth of energy in their first 24 hours. It's like someone opened a bag of popcorn kernels but make it furry and adorable and LOUD.

Send hay. Send help. Send coffee. ☕

But seriously, they're absolutely precious and we couldn't be happier! Now accepting name suggestions... 🤍

Our Story

We bought a small house in 2017 that had a fairly large backyard. We never intended to raise any type of animal, but after visiting a friends house who had newly hatched ducklings, we decided to get a couple. Those couple ducks turned into more ducks, and we thought maybe a rabbit would be a good addition. That rabbit turned into more rabbits, and we figured why not add something else. After some research and talking with someone who raised quail, we decided to get a few quail. We started with 8... and they multiplied from there. After we got our quail, we ended up with some chicks that were on a good deal and eventually ended up buying a flock of 35 bantam chickens, including Old English Game Birds. Our animals are occupying a barn in Essex, while we are living in town. Our children help with the chores and our aim is to raise our children with good work ethics, compassion for animals, and integrity. Those characteristics are what our business is built on and our goal is to provide our customers with quality products, integrity, and fabulous customer service.
