"Lil Red" To know this horse is to love him. He is a NRCHA money earner in boxing, and has NRHA earnings with extremely limited showing. His resume includes mountain trail riding, beginner’s lessons, chasing buffalo, sorting pairs on the ranch, pulling calves at brandings, round ups, and ponying c**ts.
At his and my 2nd reining show we qualified for the Run for a Million Rookie level one, and for his and mine 4th reining show we headed to Vegas, standing middle of the class.
On the ranch Lil red is the quintessential gelding. Due to my lack of roping ability his experience as a rope horse is minimal. In saying that the foundation has been laid and finishing him for those tasks will be easy.
In the arena he is the perfect gentleman. He runs a pretty circle, is soft in the bridle, and is an easy lead changer.
I could go on and on about this special horse. He lives alone or in a herd, has impeccable ground manners, hauls extremely well, never cold backed, and has never needed any maintenance.

This mare is SOUND, BROKE, and able to be brought back into the show ring after next foal is weaned, or bred again for another fancy foal. She won saddles in both the Ontario and Quebec Futurities her 3 year old year, and went on to earn many buckles for her Green Reiner and Rookie rider after that. She had 1 eye enucleated 2020, which healed beautifully and has no affect on her performance - in fact, most of her buckles were won afterwards!
Currently being used in lesson program, safe for kids. Has been trail ridden alone and in a group, done mountain trail obstacles, and been successful in the Ranch Riding, as well. Loads, hauls, clips, bathes perfectly.
Currently leased until December, can be sold with foal in utero, or after weaning.
