A reminder we do require all dogs in the facility to be treated with a flee, tick and lice treatment on a regular basis!

It's that time of year again! The sun is shining, things are warming up outside, and we are once again upon Flea, Tick and Lice season. We at Freedom House would like to remind our customers to provide their dogs with a vet approved flea, tick, and lice treatment! As we run an open pack facility, it is crucial to keep up on this. We hope you enjoy the warm weather, and thank you!

Even dogs that love winter shouldn’t stay outside for long in cold conditions. Their paws, ears and tail can be easy targets for frostbite.

When a extreme cold warning is in effect, limit your pet's time outside and make sure they have warm shelter indoors.

A poem of thanks 💕

Year after year
In the cold winter snow
The dogs are all hoping
To catch a glimpse of the North Pole.

The team at Freedom House
Knows just what to do,
In the blink of an eye
They bring the North Pole to you!

With tinsel and garlands
All hung up in display,
The dogs gather in packs
To get their photos one day!

They all ask themselves
Such a curious thought…
What if the North Pole day
Could donate a whole awful lot?

Without but a peep
The humans sign their pups up,
To get a photo sneak peek
And give our rescue a leg up.

They open their check books
And without second glance,
They donate their savings,
To give homeless pups a second chance.

We hope that your holidays
Are filled with laughter and cheer,
We owe Freedom House and their team
A huge THANK YOU again this year 💕

Freedom House was able to donate $2700 this year through their Santa photos and we are SO GRATEFUL! Head to their page and drop your pups off for a day out at doggy daycare - they’ll love it!!
