Laydee is about 2 years old and is Chihuahua/Pug mix. She came into care with her 4 pups, who she took amazing care of, and is now looking for her furever home. She is housetrained and kennel trained. She tolerates other dogs but would do best in a home where she is the only dog. She is a sweet girl who deserves her own home and to fully know what is means to be loved.

⭐️ALUMNI UPDATE⭐️

Happy new year, PABAR friends! It’s been a little bit, but I wanted to touch base about Bluebell (or as we like to call her, Perfect Penny 😊).

Penny is such a joy - she’s playful in all the best ways, she’s cuddly and calm, and gives every one of us just what we need from her. As an added bonus, she’s a great road tripper and adventurer, so she fits right in with our crew. Here are some pics of the last couple months…

Jan

Jan is a large breed mix female who is 1.5 year old. Jan has been in our care since she was brought in with her momma and litter mates at 5 weeks old. She has been over looked because of her size and because both of her hips were, successfully, replaced. Jan is a sweet girl who LOVES her people, old and young. She gets along with dogs her own size. She does not do well with smaller dogs, cats or small animals. Jan has been patiently waiting for her furever home, she more than deserves it.

Sweet Taffy is about 7 months old and is large mixed breed female. She is a lovely girl who is housetrained and has her basic manners and walks well on a leash. Taffy wants to please her people which makes her easy to train. She gets long well with her foster sibling and kids. She is waiting for her furever home.

Ozark

Ozark is about 1 year old male large breed mix. He was found wandering in the cold with Sheila. He is a large friendly boy who LOVES to be outside. Ozark does not like the kennel, at all. He thinks he is a lapdog who loves belly rubs and cuddles. Ozark deserves to never again know what it’s like to be cold, hungry and unloved.

Ozark is booked for his neuter and vaccinations on January 25th.

Sheila is recovering well from her surgery and is ready for her furever home and to live her best life!
Shelia is a loveable calm and quiet dog. She loves sleeping, cuddles and loves to watch and see what your doing. Sheila will follow you everywhere you go. She is house trained and we haven’t tried the kennel yet she’s good in the house by herself.

Sable is a 4 month old female large breed mix. She is house trained and kennel trained. She is learning to walk on a leash but gets distracted by the people she sees- they are just so much fun to sit and watch! She loves to say hello people she meets on her walks. Sable is very smart and highly food motivated. She enjoys playing with her foster sister and then cuddling up to her for a nap!

Spud is a 5 month old, large breed mix. Spud came to us at 3 weeks old and has grown into a handsome boy. He is housetrained and kennel trained. He is learning to be respectful for the older dogs in his foster home. He is a goofy boy who will make you laugh with a bit of a stubborn streak. But! He is so eager to please his people. Spud is a loving boy who loves to play and knows his basic commands.
