Today was vet day! Our Destination pups had a great trip and an easy visit at the vets! They were super curious and enjoyed checking the place out. Grandma Josie tagged along as well to get a little bump looked at ❤️
Puppy Selection & Go-Home Days are this weekend 🤯 so things have been even busier than usual around here! But we are getting lots done, and the pups are taking it all in stride 🥰

Not only are these playtimes adorable, they also help our pups develop lots of great confidence, social skills and manners, and of course desensitization to the doorbell soundtrack. Now you all can see why Josie ends up in so many photos...she won't get out from the spotlight 🤣
Can you believe the crew is SEVEN WEEKS OLD ALREADY?! That means we are heading into our busiest week with these cuties! Tough obstacle courses, new photoshoots, more socialization & desensitization, temperament evaluations and vet visits will all take place throughout the week, then puppy selections and GO HOME DAYS next weekend and early next week! 🤯 Can you believe how quickly the time has flown?!

Whew! 😮💨 What a hectic last couple of days! Roxy's mastitis infection worsened over the weekend despite everything we could do, so we opted for surgery this morning, and boy am I glad we did! Roxy is feeling sooo much better, and she is now very much on the mend! ❤️ What a rockstar mama, with so much happy spirit and determination!
As always, a big shoutout to our amazing vet & his team over at Bell Animal Hospital. I'm always so grateful for all of Dr. Lubana's generous help and the amazing care our animals always receive there. And so much love going out to Roxy's guardian Patti Welsh who has been so great throughout all these stressful times! I'm so glad Roxy will be back to her normal self soon 🥳

We had to make an early trip to the vet's this morning for our sweet Roxy unfortunately 😥 She developed a painful case of mastitis over night, so even though we think we caught the infection early, she is staying the day at the vet's, just to play it safe!
This means our Destination pups are having their first day without their mama, so they're getting lots of extra attention today! We hope Roxy will be back home to her babies this afternoon! ❤️🤞 Poor girl! Send us lots of happy healing vibes 🥰

Well, it looks like I should have waited another few days before posting about our hopeful new addition 😢 Sadly, the boys we were hoping to choose from don't fit what we're looking for based on their DNA coat test results after all. This was a HARD choice because they're both so fantastic, but in order to keep our program manageable in size, I need to be super picky. They'll make amazing pets or breeding prospects, they just don't fit my program right now. Darn!
The good news is, I am still on the look out for the perfect new additions for our program, which means we are still looking for some new guardian families. We will be placing 1 new male and up to 4 new females this year! We will have very low to fully non-shedding options 👀❤️
