Remember - vaccinations happening tomorrow either at the fire hall or door to door. Contact Fuller if you need your dogs vaccinated. All dogs living in Nemaska require the rabies vaccine for registration as per bylaw. We are now accepting registrations.

Good morning,

We will be driving around all week and documenting dogs that are roaming without their owner. Owners of dogs that are being a nuisance will also receive fines.

As per bylaw, you can and will be fined. Please keep your dogs at home and under your control when out on the land.

Time to update your doggos vaccines! I will be holding a vaccination clinic at the firehall Sunday, February 9th from 12-4. If you have a new puppy, or a dog that I have not vaccinated yet, bring them over.

If you are unsure of your dogs vaccinationEvelyn Fuller me a message Evelyn Fuller and I will let you know.

I will also be accepting early registrations. Registration costs $10 and is required by bylaw. Our 2025 tags will be here next month and I will deliver them to you once they arrive.

Rabies and DAAP vaccines are free.

Cat vaccines are $30.
Bordatella (kennel cough) vaccine is also available for $30.00.

A registered and vaccinated pet population helps us keep our community safe and health.

The extreme cold will last all week. Please keep your pets indoors as much as possible, limit time outdoors. Ears, paws, noses and tails are very susceptible to frost bite.

‼️Extreme Cold Warning ‼️

All pets need to be indoors this weekend! All dogs regardless of health or age can suffer severe frost bite, and possibly freeze to death in these temperatures. Leaving them out in severe cold is torture and can lead to death.

Be responsible, be kind, and be humane - bring your pets inside.

Special Weather Statement 🥶 ❄️

Over the next few days we can expect heavy winds and a lot of snow. While temps are not too bad, those winds and blowing snow will make life miserable for any pet outside too long. Visibility will also be greatly reduced, so please keep them at home and drivers, please be extra careful on the roads.

All dogs in Nemaska have families waiting for them at home.

That being said, dogs are family and shouldn’t be allowed to roam unsupervised by their guardians. 🐕 🐾❤️

Hello Nemaska,

We have the CSB Volleyball and Basketball Tournament in the community this weekend. Your dogs should already be at home, preferably inside, but safely secured will do. Keep them home and keep them, the community and our visitors safe.

If your dog is roaming and the ACO documents it with a photo, you can receive a 100-600 dollar fine which is delivered and enforced by EEPF. If this happens multiple times, your dog can be rehomed at the discretion of the ACO.

Please keep your dogs at home and take care of them. A pet is family and should be treated well. They deserve respect, not neglect. Neglectful owners are the real nuisance to the community, not the dogs that they have failed.

Spayed or neutered within 6 months and up to date on all vaccines (offered locally).

Whose puppy is this? Found roaming and far too young to be loose. Animal control is to be notified when you get a new pet so that vaccinations and registration can be done. If this is your puppy, contact us right away. Contact Evelyn Fuller

Happening tomorrow! Rabies vaccines, base vaccines and deworming for dogs and cats.

Cat base vaccines are also available for a reasonable $30 fee.

Today we lost a small elder dog in our community because large dogs are being allowed to roam. Owners continue to disregard the bylaw and these are the consequences. Despite our best efforts, he went home last night and he will be missed.

Keep your dogs at home - there are too many roaming.
