First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your ongoing
support and patience as we strive to provide the best grooming services for your
pets. Your loyalty means the world to us, and we wouldn't be where we are without

We want to address some recent challenges and exciting updates regarding our
services:

SERVICE IMPROVEMENT: We've encountered some technical issues with our intake
forms and appointment booking system recently. This was caused by a glitch in our
booking platform, which prevented certain forms and requests from being
processed. We're pleased to inform you that we've worked tirelessly over the long
weekend to resolve this issue, and moving forward, we anticipate smooth sailing with
our booking system.

NEW PROCEDURES: Effective immediately, we kindly request that all pet parents
complete all necessary documents before booking their appointments. These forms
are vital for us to provide tailored grooming services for your pets, including
considerations such as de-matting or special behavioral needs. Additionally, we now
require confirmation of booked appointments 48 hours in advance. This helps us
manage our schedule efficiently, as we travel to multiple locations each day. Your
cooperation in adhering to these procedures is greatly appreciated.

EXCITING NEWS: We're thrilled to announce that we're collaborating with an
exceptional company to develop a comprehensive website for all your pet grooming
needs! This one-stop platform will not only cater to your pets but may also offer
some delightful surprises for you as well. While we're still in the early stages of the
design process, we encourage you to stay tuned to our Instagram page for exciting
giveaways and updates!

SERVICING CHANGES: Due to the growing demand from our local clientele and our
current staffing limitations, we've made the decision to discontinue servicing areas
outside a 45-minute distance from North Bay, Ontario. Please note that this is a
temporary measure, and we fully intend to resume these services once circumstances
permit.
We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we navigate these
changes to better serve you and your beloved pets. Should you have any questions
