Pets are allowed, we have no breed restrictions but dogs must be good with other people and pets. Max 1 dog.
Monthly pet fees apply, $50 for a dog, $25 for a cat, pets must be spayed/neutered.
The suite is $1095 plus 250-$275 utilities (depening on number of people (Heat, water, electricity, garbage). Damage deposit is $1095
1 year lease
We are looking for quiet tenants, no smoking, and prefer those who are working, long term tenants
