♥️Patience and Persistence: Puppy training takes time and patience. Expect occasional setbacks and remember that every pup learns at their own pace. Stay patient, remain persistent, and always focus on the progress made rather than dwelling on any hiccups!Remember, the journey of training your puppy is an opportunity to build a strong, loving and respectful bond between you & your pup! ♥️Start Early, Be Consistent: The key to successful puppy training is consistency. Dog of the day! Daisy! She is known for barking! Daisy is different from when I first walked in. She got some good mental stimulation. We added some new tricks. After a good doggy manners for training we rewarded her with some good desirable praise, and rewards. 🐾Mental Stimulation: you can add food of your choice. Either kibble, raw food, treats, Greek yogurt, and watch your pup have fun! It’s also good for Slow Feeding. Many interactive toys and puzzles are designed to dispense food slowly, encouraging dogs to work for their meals. This helps prevent rapid eating and aids digestion. 💜Patience and Persistence: Puppy training takes time and patience. ✨Positive Reinforcement: Dogs respond best to positive reinforcement. Reward good behaviour with treats, praise, and affection. This creates a strong bond between you and your pup while motivating them to repeat the desired actions!

LEAVE IT:
- It takes patiences & we are building a solid foundation for this dog.
- This is a great way to work on a dog’s impulse control.
- This exercise can also be life saving!
- It’s a good way to stop a dog from ingesting something they find on the ground or that a guardian may have dropped accidentally.
- Our goal is to have the dog give space to an item and check in with us on a verbal cue.
JUMPING UP:
- here we are Practice Controlled Greetings.
- Having a calm presence will help the dog to also be calm and reduce their desire to jump up.

This exercise is a great way to have our dogs check in with us without having to ask.
A simple and fun way to have your dog pay attention to their name when you use it.
Also a great way to have a newly adopted dog get familiar with their name if it is new to them.
Start by tossing a treat on the floor, away from your dog, and allow them to eat it.
Once your dog has eaten the treat, speak the dog’s name.
As soon as your dog looks at you, mark and reward with a treat form your hand.
Rinse and Repeat :)
Remember, never use your dog’s name to scold or punish them. This will create a negative association with your dog’s name
This dog got hit by a car when he was a young puppy and his hindquarters muscles are very intense. Cold laser therapy will speed up the healing and to help with muscles recovery.

Today we are sharing 3 tips for training in a new environment! 1. Create space: It's important to set your dog up for success by monitoring their environment! The closer you are to distractions, the harder it is going to be to get your dogs attention. We recommend creating as much space as possible when you take your dog somewhere new & slowly approach the distractions as long as the dog is successful! 2. Avoid repeating commands: If you repeat the verbal cue then you are teaching your dog they do not have to listen to you the first time! Remember its important to train, not repeat 🙂 Giving a verbal cue once and then helping the dog to succeed will help to ensure the dog gets it right the first time you ask! 3. High Value Reinforcements: When we expect our dogs to perform in a distracting environment, it's important that we are using high value reinforcement to match the degree of difficulty! Pick three yummy treats to bring along on your training sessions and rotate them often! 🙂 Let us know if you found any of these tips
