Iniko is at Pet Valu Laurelwood, ready to meet his forever family.

Iniko is a big baby, with an even bigger purr. He loves to be held, carried, and have his tummy rubbed. He will purr loudly to show his appreciation, and even paw at you to let you know that he isn't quite done yet.

When he isn't soaking up the attention, he loves to play with squeaky toys and anything that has catnip in it. He still isn't certain about da bird or wand toys, but squeaky mice better watch out for his hunting skills. He is excellent at neighbourhood watch and nothing goes on without him knowing, unless he's busy napping.

Iniko is looking for people that will shower him with affection, spend time with him cuddling on the couch, and telling him he's a good boy.

I want to say a big thank you to everyone that shared Ivy's story! It took 1,200+ days, but she finally found her forever home. Ivy was adopted by a lovely family with TWO kitty friends for her to spend time with. She has big windows to watch the world, and plenty of toy mice to keep her feeling young and spry. Happy Tails Ivy!

Pet Patrol Cat Rescue

Non-profit organization in Waterloo Region that is entirely volunteer run. Pet Patrol was established in 1996 in recognition of the overpopulation issue of felines in our community. We give all cats a second chance and an opportunity for a full life as we are a NO KILL organization. We are a registered charity and rely solely on donations to cover the costs of veterinary bills, which are usually over $75,000 a year.

We do everything in our capacity to help unwanted or ill cats. We not only rely on conventional veterinary care but also chiropractic, homeopathy, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, specialized dentistry and allergy testing.

We also educate the community on proper care of cats, and provide information aimed at reducing the homeless and feral cat population in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas.
