This is Finn. I first met Finn, his Mom Emma, and late sister Raine whilst hiking in the backwoods of Thetis in the summer of 2012. They’d gotten turned around, so I walked them to freedom.

Mrs. Finn reached out shortly thereafter, and we started walking Raine & Finn, otherwise known as the best Goldens I’ve ever had the privilege of working with.

They helped raise baby Gordon into the well rounded lad he is now, and they shaped many other future DSDW clients.

Finn has been retired for a couple of years now, but doesn’t he look fabulous for 13?! We love you, Finn ❤️

This weekend, I took Gordon up to Salmon Arm for the BC Yukon Agility Regionals. At ten years old, every day running him is a gift, and this weekend he gifted me with a podium finish. You’re the best, Gordon ❤️

Rhoda wanted to share how her weekend went. This was her first agility trial, and her first Q (qualifying run). So proud of this speedy little spitfire! In this particular class, I have to stay behind the orange tape while I send her to a series on obstacles on her own. NAILED IT. We are full tomorrow but have room the rest of the week!

Auntie Erin is pretty stoked to announce that Gordon attained two huge titles this weekend in agility, that no other Old English Sheepdog has ever earned! He’s running happier and faster at nine that I ever imagined, and he is just the bestest, most biddable boy. We’ve still got a few Monday spots tomorrow but we are full the rest of the week!

Rhoda achieved a personal best at dock diving today… 18’9”! We’ve got some Monday and Friday room available this week. Midweek is full 😊

Rhoda earned her dock diving Senior title this weekend, with a personal best of 17’9”. She’s the only OES in Canada to hold a dock diving title, and has the second longest jump of OES in North America. Super proud of my girl ❤️ We’ve got some Monday room available!
