And that’s a wrap for Farmfair 2024.
I am proud to say that we have come a long way in only a year. From being pretty close to the bottom of the totem pole in our last teo shows to placing somewhere substantial in our first ever coop show!

There are times when I am tested as to just how much I love raising rabbits. And these last few months have done exactly that. But there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
And here they are! Not one, but two beautiful babies from our first time mother LF’s Raven were born on the 6th of August!
These guys have already got incredibly spunky personalities and let me tell you they are some BIG babies. We are so excited to see how they turn out.

Biscuit’s got his work harness on and he is ready to work! He is joined by HA’s Ozzy, who will be headed to his new home at the end of the day!
Head down to the Dickson Store Museum to pay us a visit and get some ice cream! There is also a hot dog vender as well!

All are pet quality and have been handled by children often. Are used to loud noises, dogs, cats, and have lived indoors for a short period of time.

Looking for the perfect house bunny? Or an amazing family pet?
Look no further.
This is biscuit our 4 year old mini lop. He is the sweetest, friendliest boy we own. He’ll run right up to the side of his pen to greet you and doesn’t throw a fit about being picked up. My sisters have packed him around and made sure that he’s used to kids. He’s overall a very easy boy with not a mean bone in his body.
He’s been searching for a home since March and can’t wait to find his forever family.

All have been handled by myself and my younger sisters so they are kid friendly and very gentle.

This is biscuit. He is by far the sweetest and most handsome boy I’ve had the pleasure to own. He is amazing with kids and will cuddle with you all day. But unfortunately he hasn’t yet lived the life that he deserves. He came to me as a rescue. He was extremely underweight and lethargic and his nails looked as if they hadn’t been trimmed in over a year. But now he is ready to try, once again, to find his forever home. He needs a home that will be patient with him as he settles in. He is sometimes distrustful with new people but don’t worry because he loves his food. And you’ll win him over fast with a dandelion flower. He is not easy to scare and shows no fear towards dogs. He prefers to be inside around people but would also do extremely well outside in a bigger pen. He can’t be in a hutch because he dislikes not having space to run around in. He is a Mini Lop and born sometime in 2020 but I’m not sure of his exact birthday. He is not fixed and cannot be with other bucks.

Located west of Red Deer but I’m able to meet or deliver within reason and for the right home.

Happy Sunday everyone!
The buns enjoyed some sprouts and dandelion flowers this afternoon after a long day hiding from the heat.
As we work to better our rabbitry we will be finding new homes for a few of our rabbits, check out the photo captions for who will be available!
