Did you know that we hand craft all of our products? Each blend gets portioned out, ground, mixed and stuffed in small 200 lb batches.

Once the tubes are froze we cut and packaged by hand.

This process helps us observe and maintain consistency!

We have a limited amount of salmon to bring back into the menu! Planning on making a batch of Salmon and Chicken and 1/4lb patty Salmon packs to add into your bowls!

This salmon is wild, not farmed. From the west coast and had been frozen for months prior to us grinding.

Blends will be available online for next week orders by Monday. 🎣

Hello! We are the Belyan family. Kyle, Courtney, Ellie and Roe. Our fur babies are Luke, Juno, Kit Cat, Tom and Jerry.

We own and operate Vitality Raw Nutrition - Welcome to our page! 👋🏼

Kyle is the horsepower behind Vitality. Since opening our business in 2017 he has, and still does source, trim, blend, mix, balance, stuff, cut and pack EVERY patty that we sell. He’s the one who’s answering most calls, texts, organizing and sourcing high quality ingredients to bring you the product we have today.

Courtney, (me!), I help where I can with the administration side of the business, research and development. We have a young family and I have a full time job that takes up time - but we do our best to PIVOT(for all you FRIENDS fans!)

We have two teammates who help us with processing, packing and deliveries. Whom we couldn’t run our business smoothly without. (Thanks for everything you do, Jacey and Reg!)

This is YEAR 7 for us and we are so proud of where we have been and where we are going.

Our customers mean everything to us and we are so thankful for the support. It’s been a tricky few years.

The pet food business is dynamic and evolving. And someday I hope it becomes more regulated than it is. As raw feeders there is no shortage of recommended blend models and diets to research. We choose at this time to stick to the basics of the Prey Model. This model offers a simplicity to logistics and allows full focus on the product quality, for our dynamic team.

Our location in northern Alberta is also tricky to source items consistently, like low sugar/ nutrient dense F+Vs needed to adhere to a blend type such as a BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food) model versus the PMR (Prey Model Raw).

Variety is KEY and each pet is different. Just like us, there are diets that will work and some that just may not.

As long as the essentials are being met in the bowl, the world is your (raw) oyster!

Institutions across the globe, such as NCR, FEDIAF, AAFCO (all of the acronyms) are super important to look into and will help you understand what the essentials are. We encourage learning as much as you can to be more informed for your fur babies! ♥️
