Our Story

ABOUT RAYANNE IRVING

Learning to ride before she could walk, Rayanne was enveloped by a love for the equestrian lifestyle and thus her talent was cultivated at very young age.

Her showing and winning career began when she was only 5 years old. Graduating from Pony Club & Gymkhana’s to 4-H, and then onto Cutting Horses by the age of 10! Not one to limit herself, at 18 she branched out with a hunger for more knowledge; and over the course of the following sixteen years, she excelled with trainers from all different disciplines and breeds.

Armed with a good work ethic and flare for learning, Rayanne was able to EARN the privilege of working along side of some of the most talented and recognized horse trainers across Canada and the USA.

Rayanne can now boast that she is not only competent in Cutting, Team Roping ( heading and heeling ), Reining, Working Cow Horse, Versatility, Western Pleasure as well as Jumping - but that she has won money and awards in all of these disciplines.

Passion for horse care had her searching for a team of professionals to help maintain the integrity of her training program and keep not just the show horses in tip top shape but the everyday working horse as well. With a flare for connection and a team of enthusiastic professionals together they have helped some of the toughest problem horses find balance with their owners and taken show horses to the winning circle !! All Around Horse Training keeps things in Rayanne’s life busy and fulfilling and shes bursting to share that with anyone who wants to know and learn more themselves !!

Rayanne’s horse training focuses on strength of mind and body in ALL equestrian disciplines. She happily applies and shares her skills daily to help horses reach their true potential in life!

“ I treat each horse as an individual they have good days and bad days as well as natural and made talent , so I aim to treat them as such. I have the pillars of my foundation program that each horse learns, but I don’t go out everyday with a set in stone plan. I feel the horse, see what his strengths and weaknesses are daily and build on that. I like to keep things fresh, not bore them with endless routine so I give them a job to apply their lessons to once they become confident in that maneuver. ”

“ I also work with a horses body, taking their conformation and flexibility into account and from there begin to work on building muscles in the right places. Its my belief that a properly collected horse isn’t just easier to ride, but it builds the back top line, creates stronger shoulders, neck and hind end which in turn decreases the possibility of soreness and risk of injury. ”
