🤍 In Loving Memory Of Tinky 🤍
Words from Tinky's paw'rent... Tinky was a gift from my dad and now both have gone from our lives into the afterlife.
We got her in 2006 as a little 2 ½ month old kitten.
She was half Cornish-rex and half Siamese and soft as a a merino wool sweater.
My wife and I had Kitty our overseer Siamese at the time and they soon became the best of friends.
Tinky was ultimately my cat, she chose me but my better half was also her family.
For many years her favorite activity was to ride about on my shoulders as I did stuff in the home and play stair ping pong with a little orange ball.
She gave us many many fudgy loud purrs, licks of comfort, and constant cuddling.
She was a sensitive cat and would put her paw on our cheeks to wipe our tears away during our darkest moments.
She had strange tastes and would demand a piece of avocado every morning and enjoy chewing down a piece of baby corn at dinner.
She even mourned the loss of Kitty after she passed and licked the fur off her belly and tail for months.
Just recently I took my best half to a Japanese lantern festival, we made lanterns and wished the spirits of my farther and Tinky a goodbye with hopes they can sometimes give us a sign that they are together, happy and free
