Keep you and your dog cool and safe this summer by remembering the seven second rule ! ☀️

*Dog for rehoming*

Rusty is a handsome tricolour purebred Beagle. Born on February 2, 2020 he is now 4 years old. Rusty loves to go on walks and chase 🐿️ or 🐦 in the backyard. He also loves cuddles, attention and getting pets. While he still has lots of energy he does well with one good walk a day and lots of rest. He most likes to lie in the sun ☀️.

Rusty is a true beagle and can be stubborn at times. He does best with an authoritative owner and he likes attention to be on his own terms. Rusty would do best on a farm or a large property that he could roam on, however he does just fine in a townhouse with a good walk. He can display territorial behaviour around his bed or food supply. He would do best with an older family or single person. He likes structure and is highly trainable.

The reason for rehoming is a growing young family and our inability to give him the attention he deserves.

Dr. Linzi Williamson, Assistant Professor at the University of Saskatchewan, is looking for volunteers to complete an online questionnaire on Canadians’ experiences with having, or trying to get, a service dog in Canada.

You can click on the website link below (or copy and paste it into a web browser) or scan the QR code in the research advertisement to access the online questionnaire.
