Indoor arena is back to normal!! The footing has dried out very well and harrows up like nothing happened. So as long as we don’t get 6 months worth of rain in 20 mins again we will be good!!

Wheatland Equestrian has openings!!
We are a family feel, drama free, multidisciplinary facility ready to meet all your needs. Wheatland is located right near Lyalta. 18 mins from Strathmore, 25 mins from Chestermere, 35 mins from Airdrie, and approx 40/45 mins from South Calgary areas in and around McKenzie Towne.

We currently have some fabulous board options for you and your four legged partners.
We have a Certified/Licensed Equine Canada Coach on site for all your hunter jumper needs. We also hold clinics of different disciplines, clear round days, have a great western pleasure coach that comes in from time to time, as well as dressage too. A true multidisciplinary facility to meet all your needs. Access to fabulous body workers, top notch farrier service, and vet care. And of course you can bring in your own horse care team if you wish.

At this time we have the following board options available:
- Semi-Private Paddocks $632.50 + gst = $664.00
- (1) Mare group paddock (10 acres) space $506 + gst = $531.30
- Indoor board $885.50 + gst = $930.00 (private daily turnout)

TOP NOTCH QUALITY HAY (with analysis).
All our horses are fed 3x a day, and stalled horses 4x. (grain to be supplied by you)

Lovely heated 80x160 indoor arena, 100x200 outdoor sand ring, and a 60’ round pen are all available to you. As well as some lovely fields to ride!

Tack lockers available, heated viewing lounge, bathroom, and so much more! Come for a tour around and see how experienced and amazing our place is!

Veronique Dumas with Equipoxy and Christine Schwab with Creative Chris-tals are going to sell their products out at Wheatland Equestrian this Sunday Dec 4 from 12 noon - 5 pm. Come join us and look at the line up we have for both horses and humans. Christine will have crystal bridle/halter charms +, plus matching jewellery for the equestrians. Veronique will have her beautiful resin work to sell and take personalized orders for. Please spread the word to your friends who might be interested. 🤩🤩

Cold weather is here! Wheatland Equestrian only has a few spots open for winter. Come and join our fun relaxed group of riders and horse lovers. All horses from mini to draft accepted, and all disciplines for their people. We allow you to bring certified and insured coaches. We have a farrier on site weekly to maintain horse needs, or bring your choice of farrier.
We are 25 mins east of Calgary on Countryhills Blvd, 30 mins from Airdrie, 15 mins from Chestermere and 15 from Strathmore.

We have pasture, paddock and stall with private turnouts to offer. We can accommodate all types of horse and owner needs. Wheatland Equestrian has experience in everything from founder types to hard keepers and very old. We can handle race horse lay-ups or injury’s, performance horses to the family pets. We have an 80x160 heated indoor arena, 100x200 outdoor sand arena and a round pen, also heated tack room and barn areas.

Small Pasture option is $400+ gst. This includes hay 3x daily year round, 2 big sheds, auto water, 10 acres to 8 horse max per field. Mares and geldings separate.
- 2 spots for geldings
- 2 spots for mares

Paddock option is $500 +gst, includes hay 3x daily, grain is additional option (fee depends on quantity). 80x130 pens with a shed and auto water. 2 horse per pen.
-4 spots open.

Stall option is $700 +gst, includes hay 4 times per day, grain (included) available feedings am and/or pm, blanketing and daily turnout to private pen included. Pasture turnout is an option if wanted.

Cost are all included no hidden fees. All board levels come with full access to the facility a large personal locking tack locker. Also parking for horse trailers.
