After working in Management for over 20 years, I knew a change was necessary. I decided that working with animals had always been a dream, so that is what I should do. I became a certified Dog Trainer and quickly realized that this career involves training people not dogs. Not that I don’t love people but I needed to immerse myself in the pure joy of animals. WOW was I WRONG!! I realized that groo

ming is a necessity to an animals health and well being. I then realized this is for me, but my goal would to create a positive environment that would help to ease the fear and anxiousness of an animals experience. It is an amazing feeling earning an animals trust. I get goosebumps realizing the importance and joy of that. Since beginning my grooming career in 2014, I have learned and grown so much as a person, peer and employee. My fellow groomers have taught me so much from my first salon to now running my own. I will take everything they have taught me and continue to grow. There have been many ups and downs and untold patience. But they have all helped mold me into a groomer and person I am proud to be. I have learned that what is the most important thing in grooming is the experience for the pet and the parent’s assurance that their family member is in loving hands, not the perfection of a trim. I can honestly say I love my job, I enjoy going to work everyday and know this is what i was meant to do. It took a long time and a few jobs but I am finally there, where work is not work it is just something I love to do.

We need to find Sabbath a forever home!. He is an amazing boy who has been through so much and has come so far in a couple of weeks. He is still on his recovery journey. He purrs to let you know he loves his head scratches. He requires feedings 12hrs apart, with insulin so that his diabetes can be brought under control. We are not sure how old he is, but vet thinks roughly 8-10. Unfortunately, our cats are not as in love with him as we are. He will come with insulin, needles, glucose monitoring kit and donations. Please share and let's give this boy the beautiful life he deserves💕🐾

This is Sabbath.🐈‍⬛ He has been rescued from a neglectful and abusive situation. We are not sure how old he is, but he has had untreated diabetes for awhile and matted to the skin. We are working on getting him healthy and happy. All cash paid nail trims will be going to pay for his care💕🐾

Best Job Ever

After working in Management for over 20 years, I desperately needed a change. I decided that working with animals has always been a dream since I was young, so that is what I should do. I became a certified Dog Trainer and quickly realized this career involves training people not dogs. Not that I don’t love people but I needed to immerse myself in the pure joy of animals. I always looked upon dog grooming as a ridiculous occupation and that only self absorbed people paid money do get their dogs pampered. WOW was I WRONG. I had managed a pet store for awhile and realized that grooming is necessary for animal health and well being. So I thought maybe this is for me, not the foo foo grooming, nothing wrong with that, but my goal was to create a positive environment around the process.

Although I have only been grooming for just over 4 years, I have learned and grown so much as a person, peer and employee. The people I have groomed with have taught me so much from my first salon to my current one. I will take everything they have taught me and continue to grow. There have been many ups and downs and untold patience from the people I have worked with. But they have all helped mold me into a groomer and person I am proud to be. I thank them all. I have learned that what is the most important thing in grooming is the experience for the pet and the parent’s assurance that their family member is in loving hands, NOT perfection.

I can honestly say I love my job, I enjoy going to work everyday and feel like this is what I was meant to do. It took a long time and a few jobs but I am finally there, where work is not work it is just something I love to do.
