We are happy to announce our popular Fundraiser Pet Stockings are back again this year! This year we are donating proceeds to . We KNOW you are going to buy them gifts anyways so WHY NOT purchase here and help others at the same time! Talk about guilt free buying!?

Like always the stockings contain toys, treats, coupons, donations from other companies etc! I have to say this year is better than ever! Dog Stockings: Tough toys friendly for large breeds and small dogs (KONG company, Tall Tails, Hills Science Diet and more!) Cat Stockings: Catnip Toys (KONG Company), more toys and treats! They just keep getting better and better!

Reminder, we sell these for a minimum donation of $60 for a dog stocking or $40 for a cat stocking.

Why do dogs get swimmer’s ear and what can you do about it 🐶

Swimmer's ear isn't just a human issue; our pets can suffer from it too! Here’s what you need to know:

Why It Happens:
- Excess Moisture: Water trapped in the ear canal after swimming or bathing can lead to infections.
- Allergies: Allergies can cause inflammation and make dogs more susceptible to ear infections.
- Ear Anatomy: Dogs have long ear canals, which can trap moisture and debris.

What You Can Do:
1. Dry Their Ears: Gently dry your dog's ears after swimming or bathing. Use a DRYING ear cleanser after swimming.
2. Regular Checks: Monitor their ears for redness or a foul odour. It's often said that yeast can smell like Doritos or Fritos!
3. Vet Visits: If you suspect an infection, consult your veterinarian for advice and treatment. Veterinarians can also prescribe preventative drops for dogs that commonly get swimmer's ear.
