Well today was a scary day… Lola and I were walking down the road and turned onto a path and walked passed an elderly lady bringing a pocket pit bull outside and trying to coax it out.. we carried on and then all of a sudden I hear her yelling and the dog comes charging around the fence at us… scared the sh&t out of me and I grabbed poor Lola before anything could happen. I’m all for elderly people owning dogs BUT get a dog you can handle and control because this could have gone terribly bad for one OR both dogs AND myself being caught in the middle 😞

PLEASE Keep your pets safe!!
Make sure if they are outside, that they are safely secured and wearing tags!!
We want everyone, including your pets to have a safe and enjoyable weekend.

Here are some tips to prepare and make sure no one gets lost.
• Ensure all gates are closed in yards.
• Keep your dog leashed while outside.
•Keep their collars and tags on- make sure information is up to date.
• Keep them indoor and home for firework events (better safe than sorry).

This is the most dangerous weekend in the whole year for pets to get hurt, killed and go missing because they do NOT understand these loud scary noises and run to hide and get hit by cars and run off and get lost. Please be cautious and keep your pet inside ❤️🐾

Pet food containers….this is how they are made to be used…they are made of cheap hazardous plastic and are NOT made to empty your pet food into. They are made to put the whole BAG of food into the container.
When you empty your pet food into the container the oils etc from dry food soak into the plastic and then plastic contaminates the food with poisonous chemicals.
Even our food that comes in plastic (protein mix etc)comes in FOOD SAFE plastic so this doesn’t happen.
So again put the whole bag of food in the container and get a scoop to use to put food in the bowl. 😉

Ok I can NOT stress enough how important a cooling vest is for our dogs…. As a dog walker I am taking these pups out at the hottest time of day so they can relieve themselves and then go back into a nice cool air conditioned house… our temperatures changing and becoming more extreme and dogs can get heat stroke within minutes … use the tools like these vest to keep your dog safe and cool… all it takes is wetting them with cool water and wringing out excess water and putting it on… its like putting a cool cloth on the back of your neck on a warm day
