PRODUCT ORDER!
We have another product order going in if anyone needs anything. ORDER DEADLINE IS 8:00 PM THURSDAY JANUARY 9th We will be restocking our items as well, but if you need something specific we recommend adding it to our order to ensure availability.

If you want to add something to our order, send us an email to [email protected] with the subject line as "Product Order". Please be sure to include any needed information like quantity, size/length, colour, flavour, UVB percentage or wattage, brand etc.

Depending on any remaining holiday shipping backlog, we expect the order to arrive between Thursday January 17th - 20th

Our next product order will be going in on THURSDAY FEBRUARY 20th and we will be placing orders every 4 - 6 weeks depending on need.

❗NOVA SCOTIA ROUTE CHANGE ❗
For those of you that didn't see our post Thursday, moving forwards the routes for both Nova Scotia and New Brunswick are changing. We are moving to a one person delivery route after i put the van out of commission last Sunday.

Given the large area of Nova Scotia we were previously delivering to, this unfortunately means we will be removing some areas from our route as it isn't possible for one person to deliver to all locations in one day. For anyone that has already put in an order for an affected area, we will be in touch over the next few days to either make alternate arrangements or refund your order. Please see below for the new route and estimated times - we may need to adjust this over the next delivery or two as we work out the kinks and see what the winter weather has in store.

If you don't see your location on the list, we are unfortunately unable to fit it into the day at this time. If you are unable to get to the next closest location to you, we may be able to ship your order with Canada Post (with the exception of live rodents). People in these areas may also want to look at doing a group order that can be mailed to one person, or have someone drive to meet us to get multiple orders for areas we can't fit in the day.

Order reminder for this Sundays New Brunswick deliveries! Please have your orders in this evening on the website at eastcoastexotics.ca ❗There will be a slight change in route as Jason will be doing the deliveries solo - Rachel's usual route will be earlier than normal, and Jason's usual route will be slightly later than normal. ❗ I will also be adding 2 new stops to the website today which our Bouctouche area customers are already aware of - we now have meet locations at the Rexton Irving as well as the River of Fire Market in Elsipogtog. If you are placing your order before i get these added and are looking for one of the 2 new locations for pick up - please select the Bouctouche meet and let us know in the notes section which location you would prefer (those customers we have delivered to already at these locations, no need to contact us, we have already updated it on your order)

I will try and get the times updated for each meet location on the website as well for the next delivery as it will likely be a one person delivery route for at least the next few months. I decided we should have some venison for Christmas Dinner when i was delivering in Nova Scotia on Sunday but only succeeded in putting the van out of commission 🦌🤦‍♀️ I guess at least it wasn't Rudolph and Santa's deliveries were not disrupted!

Any of our NOVA SCOTIA customers reading this - NS will now also be a one driver route. This means we won't be able to get to all the locations given the Geographical distance and we will be exploring options with Canada Post and UPS for the interim. Areas likely affected, will be Berwick, Kingston, Middleton, Bridgewater and Chester. In addition to alternate shipping options, people in these areas may wish to organize a group delivery/pick up amongst your selves if you are unable to get to Upper Tantallon or New Minas (at this time we think these will be our closest delivery points to the affected locations). We will keep everyone updated next week as we figure out the route.

Isopod, springtail, and discoid stock will be updated later tonight so we will be accepting late orders for those until tomorrow evening. If you are ordering anything else (especially rodents), please have your order in tonight and place a second order tomorrow for the isopods, springtails or discoids. When selecting your delivery method for the add on, remember to scroll to the bottom of the delivery options and select "order add on" so you aren't charged the delivery fee a second time.

I will have the remainder of the leaf litter, pods, and Uni Heat packs updated in the next hour. The Arcadia LumenIZE lighting may be another day or two

Live Discoid roaches and live Moss from the Moss Factory were added to the website earlier this week - although it looks like someone saw the Discoids as much of what i put on the site sold quickly. I will be updating them every 7 - 10 days, however stock is limited as i want to ensure the colonies keep expanding to provide what is needed for the 3 provinces. Pictures of the new items will be added soon.

Aspen inventory was also updated, as well as frozen rabbits - at this time the only frozen rabbits we have are MASSIVE with she smallest being around 3 kg!

We will be placing another product order next week for anyone needing items for Christmas or that we are out of stock on. I will do another post with ordering details tomorrow or Saturday but the order will be going in on Monday December 2nd with so it has plenty of time to arrive before Christmas.

Feeder order reminder for Sunday's Nova Scotia delivery 😊 Please have your orders in tonight on the website at www.eastcoastexotics.ca. If you are placing an order after Friday at 5pm, please reach out to us to let us know you have placed an order. We won't see orders after this time.

We had our product orders arrive this week and are mostly updated on the website. The following product that arrived has already been updated: Pangea Gecko Food, Repashy Foods, Arcadia lighting (except for the new LumenIZE kits as i have to create new pages and redirects for them), Arcadia supplements and the Jurassic coconut husk blocks have also been updated on the website and inventory is correct for those.

If you are looking for any mosses, aspen, leaf litter, pods, or any other product items, we may have it on hand and it just hasn't made it to the website yet. If you are looking for anything other than the above listed items that have been indicated as updated, please check in before ordering as the inventory may not be correct. Thank you for your patience as i continue to update them and add the new products!

Compressed coconut husk blocks are now back in stock!

The website is now also up to date on all Arcadia, Repashy and Pangea products for what is currently on hand. I'm currently working on the leaf litter, pods and any remaining products that we still have on hand but will be discontinued (they can still be ordered in when we place product orders, we will just no longer carry them on hand. We have more product arriving in the next week or so as well that will be added when it arrives.

If ordering any product from the website other than the compressed coconut husk, Pangea, Repashy or Arcadia lighting and supplements, please check in first to ensure we actually have it on hand - much of the stock was sold at the expos and it has proven more time consuming to update the hundreds of products than i thought!

❗All feeder stock is accurate and updated a few times a week as usual 😊

Some of the product on the website has been updated and is accurate including the Arcadia lighting and supplements as well as the Pangea. Most of the other items i am still working on as i go though the boxes from the expos - The majority of our product stock sold at the expos and the website may indicated some stock is available that we no longer have. I hope to have it up to date by Tuesday night but if you are ordering anything other than Pangea or Arcadia products, please check with us first to ensure we still have it. I am trying to "hide" as many items as i can until they are updated, but with hundreds of items and variations on the website, it is a time consuming process.

PRODUCT ORDER!
You asked and we listened! We will now be stocking again Arcadia UVB bulbs and Kits (both the standard kit as well as the new LumenIZE Kits), Pangea Gecko Diets, Repashy Gecko Diets and supplements, Arcadia supplements, and some bioactive supplies including live moss, leaf litter, and various pods/nuts

While we won't be stocking all the items we used to carry, they can still be ordered in when we do our product orders - we expect we will be placing orders every 4 - 6 weeks.

Our next order will be going in this FRIDAY NOVEMBER 8th - please have any order requests in by FRIDAY at NOON by emailing us at [email protected] with what you are looking for - Please use PRODUCT ORDER as the subject line.

We have a few items left over from the Expo that i am working on getting back up on the website and it will continue to be updated over the next few weeks

We will be there Saturday only with all our feeders (please pre order any LIVE rodents in advance as we will only be bringing what is ordered. Tax will be included in all pricing the day of the expo and we will have specials on most of our feeder insects and worms.

As of next month we will also be carrying product again! (Repashy, Pangea, Arcadia lighting and some bioactive supplies like leaf litter, live moss and some pods) We will be taking orders for anything we don't have on had that people would like.
