Hey, Central Alberta Folks. I will be have a short series of classes focused on using self-help Jin Shin Jyutsu to reverse the negative effects from stress or trauma you may have experienced.
In these classes you will learn some basic "holds" that you can use to help become calmer - clear brain fog - combat panic/anxiety moments and let go of what you no longer need to hold on to.
It's a once/week 1 hour, runs for 4 weeks.

Registration deadline Weds, April 17 for class starting Friday, April 19.
Space is still available in class. We like even numbers to allow for 2 per horse, so hoping for at least 1 more registrant.
No previous experience required for Jin Shin Jyutsu or for horses.

Email as requested on the poster if interested or if you have questions.
I will be traveling on the 8th and the 15th, so might be a few hours delayed in responding, but the rest of the time fairly easy to reach.
