Anyone else have a super helpful dog when they do yoga at home? Nala always wants to be where my feet need to be or right under me. We always have a lot of laughs together when I practice yoga to keep me sane hah

Here at All Paws on Deck, we use science-based positive reinforcement training methods with your dog. Positive reinforcement is a force-free training method that uses multiple techniques including classical conditioning, operant conditioning, luring, shaping, proofing, desensitization, and counter-conditioning to help your dog learn a new behavior or to create a new response to a stressful situati
on. We will be using positive reinforcers such as food, toys, and/or affection to help teach your dog good behaviors and simply ignoring undesired behaviors. In using these methods, there is no reason to physically touch your dog, yell at your dog, or use shock/prong/or choke collar. You may not even use words at all as we usually start out with hand signals and no words to communicate with your dog through body language and association.

New Puppy Class announcement! Our class is for all pups 10-16 weeks old at the start of class. We'll talk socialization and dog body language all while learning a few puppy basics like recall, drop, and leave it. We cap our classes at 5 pups to give it an intimate feel where everyone gets lots of attention! Join us with your pups at Tisol in Langley for 6 weeks of learning and fun!
