PHASE ONE
Personalized Attention: We will jumpstart your journey by working together intensively, 4 one-on-one coaching sessions with me in the 1st month, followed by consistent support throughout the year.
We will work from your Puppy Sales Success Blueprint with an immersive DEEP DIVE session, honing in on exactly what you need to systematize the marketing of your kennel.
I’ll teach you the 4 basic pillars of marketing as applied directly to your kennel business.
Nothing unnecessary!
You’ll be able to start sharing your passion with the world in less than two weeks of behind the scenes set up.
I’ll make sure to clear up any underlying limiting beliefs you might have about going all in on this dream, this part is absolutely crucial and it is why you absolutely need a coach/mentor/cheerleader. 📣
Through a sophisticated and automated marketing system, we connect our puppies with ideal families, ensuring a perfect match for both.
❤ After we have your email marketing plans 💌 in place we will build out your kennel website, this is the HEART of your marketing. This is where you will develop a relationship with your ideal puppy buyer and convert them into customers.
To secure a place in your exclusive program, families can join your waiting list with a deposit, ensuring they're ready to welcome their new family member at 8 weeks. Deposits are very handy when it comes to the daily expenses of running your kennel.
Then we’ll circle back to the top of your marketing funnel to the attraction phase and we’ll design and implement an easy daily social media marketing system that will drive your ideal puppy buyers to your website and email marketing campaigns.
I’ll teach you how to nurture your past clients so they are happy to give you reviews, referrals and repeat business.
PHASE TWO
We discuss and start implementing the ideal breeding program.
1) We collaborate with top-tier studs, ensuring genetic diversity and strength. Each pregnancy is meticulously planned for optimal health and timing. I’ll teach you how to streamline your breeding program so you can maximize your time and energy.
2) I’ll teach you exactly how to train, test and title the dogs in your very small but lucrative breeding program. Our females are not just chosen; they're crafted for excellence. Each one undergoes rigorous training, testing, and titling, ensuring only the best genetics and traits are passed on.
3) Our commitment extends to unparalleled nutrition and care, providing our females with a top-quality diet, ensuring their well-being and that of their puppies. I’ll teach you how to raise your puppies so that they are a perfect match to what your ideal buyer is looking for.
PHASE THREE
We will work together in a group for 12 months, weekly zoom calls where we check homework and share our wins and our difficulties. We'll also have a chat group where we can motivate each other daily, answer questions, share resources, help each other stay involved and on top of our businesses 365.

Over my 20 years of owning the registry I have seen too many breeders give up 😞on their dream because breeding is hard work, they select the wrong dogs, they don’t know the expectations of an ideal buyer, they don’t know where to find them or how to attract them and unless you have a consistent stream of ideal buyers on a waiting list they end up with too many dogs and too many unsold puppies so they start dropping the price until the money coming in is less than the money going out and the family suffers.
