Furever Network is a community of pet lovers engaged in bringing awareness to dog adoption as a means of addressing the global issue of dog overpopulation, neglect, abuse, and abandonment. We do this by publishing and broadcasting stories and information supporting the front line workers who re-home dogs into loving furever homes. Rescues and adoption organizations play an invaluable role in addre
ssing dog overpopulation, and yet they are under-appreciated. Rescue organizations are under particular challenge because they are run by volunteers whose every available minute is often dedicated to the work of actually saving and re-homing the animals themselves. We know this for a fact, because we too are members of rescue groups, volunteer initiatives, adoption groups and work on the front lines of dog rescue. We’ve been there, we’re still there, and we’re committed to helping our member rescues and shelters do their best possible work. At Furever Network, we believe that combining the resources, knowledge and passion of individual rescue groups can amplify the message, and help reach the general public in a way that single groups working alone may find difficult. Furever wants to help normalize the idea of dogs from rescues or shelters are just as desirable as dogs merchandised by backyard breeders, puppy millers and pet store owners who sell live animals. In fact, for many families, adopting a dog may be a superior choice for all the reasons presented in the stories here on Furever Network. If you are reading this page, you have already proven that you are a member of the Furever Network community. We sincerely thank you for your support, and look forward to a deep meaningful relationship. Together we can make a difference! Sincerely,
