Here's Cooper who is our 2 year old boy available for adoption.
Cooper loves the dog park, he wants to say hi to all people and dogs, he's definitely the social leader at the park, he also loves trails, hikes, the beach and just being outdoors.
He's a really sweet guy who will be your best companion on adventures and relaxing at home.
This is a bit of him enjoying the dog park where he was the fun ambassador.
Cooper's bio and application are on our website.
Here's Molly and Bella opening their first stockings and although unsure but curious at first, they quickly understood it was all treats for them.
They have eaten and chewed a lot this morning but I'm working on the biggest gift they will ever receive, a family, hopefully soon they will receive that.
Merry Christmas from Molly and Bella
It's walk time with Bella and Molly, this is their pre walk preparation and you can see Noel just waits it out.
Putting the harnesses and then jackets on was tricky at first but you get used to it and before I started recording, I actually put the harnesses on with little interruption, then the jackets, it's a new skillset I've acquired over the last month. You don't want to interupt this much fun.
Here's our newest rescue Takeshi learning what a bed is, it's sad as he's 1 year old but like so many, they have never had a bed to sleep on, I kept the video short but it took him quite a while to understand that this was for him.
When you adopt our dogs they definitely know about sleeping in beds but upon rescue, they've never had a bed or compassion so it's all new to them.
Takeshi now knows, it took a day but he's aware his life is changing and will never be without anything.
Here's are the girls, Molly and Bella getting treats at Bosleys yesterday, the first couple times they visited they weren't too sure about taking treats but this time they ran to where the treats were and happily socialized as well.
It's our newest arrival Wanda reunited with Molly and Bella here.
This was Wanda's first full day in Vancouver and she definitely perked up when seeing them, she started to explore the yard and socialize.
Molly and Bella of course were excited to see her again and were excited as usual.
All 3 are available for adoption in Vancouver, all small, cute and lots of personality.
Morning time in the park and here's Capitan with Josefina, this bench has become an important bench to Capi and Lupita, this is the bench Lupita slept on for days waiting for the people who abandoned her, to come back.
Lupita became friends with Capitan and others during those days, now the 2 are best friends and both take time to sit on the bench each morning, but now it's just for some cuddles during playtime
Here's Chispa and she's on the way to our vet this morning, she's in good health, skinny but she'll gain healthy weight now.
Chispa is very sweet and friendly, you can see in the video her curiosity and happiness.
If all goes to plan, we can bring her to Vancouver in the first quarter of 2025, she's small and full grown so she will be able to travel in a carry on pet bag.
It's farmers market day in Zona Romantica and I always visit our good friend Ana who owns Pets gone wild Mexico.
Ana has donated many jackets, collars and other items for our traveling dogs and items for us to give our adoptors.
Here I am surprising her today and then picking out a collar, as Ana wanted to give one to Wanda who will be traveling to Vancouver with me tomorrow.
Muchas gracias Ana, a great friend of ours and always wanting to help our dogs.
Pets Gone Wild
Here's the welcome committee, there's actually 2 groups, those who want at the gate abd those who wait at the front door.
This was Josefina's return home after being away for 90 seconds, there's welcomes but here it's always a celebration no matter how long you're away.
Breakfast time, for the dogs, and they love the broth that's cooked for them to add to their meals.
They do eat well and Josefina does a great job of finding deals for food and making meals so that they get nutrients from foods as well as vitamins.
It's a lot of work to cook and feed so many dogs daily but they all appreciate it.
It's Molly and Bella and for the next week they will be running around here with their foster as I leave for Puerto Vallarta.
This was immediately after I arrived with them and I think they will enjoy it here while I spend a week in their home city Puerto Vallarta.
Starting tomorrow all updates will be from Puerto Vallarta and I can still share some updates on these 2 in Vancouver.
