We have been busy with virtual training and working on plans for reopening hoepfully soon. While we wait, lets do another challenge! I know I miss my gym Limitless Performance, but I am grateful they offer live online classes that we can do from home. They are a great small buisness that have adjusted to online amazing well. Today in our class we were to run 1 Mile and I took the opportunity to take a dog with me! After, it sparked an idea to involve all the dogs in a workout for a fun new challenge. So I challenge you! Work out with your dog in some way and snap a video of it! Even fails will be excepted for some good laughs. Check out some examples of what we did today, from Sit Ups to Dog Kisses, Front and Back Squats with a 60 lbs pup, Puppy Push ups and a classic 1 Mile run! I can say for sure that the dogs LOVED this and I will be including them more in my workouts! Let's see you guys working out from home and getting your K9s involved. On Tuesday May 19th, we will pick our favorite and they will recieve a $50 gift certificate! To enter and qualify do the following: 1. Workout and creatively include your dog (or pet) 2.
