With the ‘stormy' weather we have been having, this girl would like nothing more than to snuggle on your lap to help keep you warm and safe! You read that right - our 50lb boxer believes she is a lap dog and we do not have the heart to tell her she may be too large for some peoples laps. Storm had a mammary mass removed in our care and the results were a low grade mast cell tumor. Although that may sound scary Storm is hoping there is someone out there that would like to add her to their family where she can enjoy all of the snuggles and toys! Storm is on anxiety medication as the shelter is extremely stressful for her because of this she spends plenty of time in our offices and loves to keep our staff company by curling up by their feet. Storm has been awarded as an excellent hugger and hopes to be able to show her talents to her new family!

Meet Cheddar!

Cheddar is a lovely boy that is very well mannered and quiet. He loves to be with people and doesn't appear to mind the company of other animals. Cheddar is approximately 5-6 years old and has been diagnosed with a grade 3 heart murmur which will require regular check ups with a veterinarian to monitor his heart for any changes. No medication is currently required. A well balanced diet, regular exercise and a low stress environment with a loving family is the only therapy that is currently prescribed!

We are currently accepting applications to Foster-To-Adopt Cheddar while he awaits his neuter surgery. Once neutered, the adoption will be finalized.

This weekend Boxer Rescue Canada is having their pre-Christmas auction through their fundraising arm on Harley's Angels page.

Great place to pick up some unique gifts!

All items are donated, and all proceeds go to helping boxers in need.

The auction starts at 8:00am MST, Saturday, November 19 , 2022 – ends Sunday, November 20, 2022 at 5:00pm MST.

The auction starts at 8:00am MST, Saturday, Nov 19 , 2022 – ends Sunday, Nov 20, 2022 at 5:00pm MST.
Please make sure you "Like" Harley's Angels page before you bid. That helps up tag the winning bidders at the close of the auction.

Rules: The Rules are pretty simple and fun! A photo album titled, “Silent Auction #24 - Fall 2022" will appear on Harley’s Angels page.

The album will contain all the auction items, the description. (We may have some teasers prior to the actual auction so you can see some of the exciting items!).

In the comment section of the photo, put down the price you would like to bid on. You will be asked to remove any comments made on items prior to the auction.

Your bid will not factor in shipping. (please review shipping below). There will be $1.00 increments on the items. Bid lots and have fun.

On Sunday, Nov 20 at 5:00 MST, the bidding will end. Whoever is the highest bidder at that time will win. We will put CLOSED and name each winner underneath the picture.

Payment: Payment arrangements for your winning bid must be made with 24 hours of the auction closing.

Shipping: UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, SHIPPING COST IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNING BIDDER. Shipping rates will depend on the item and location it is being sent.

Shipping rates will be higher with extra large items. Shipping costs are separate from your winning bid and are to be settled and paid to the donor of the item you won.

The donor of the item will mail you your items within 10 days of Payment. (Please note: if paying by cheque, you must contact Marta and also allow additional clearing time).
