The Adoption Centre will be closed for a minimum of 2 weeks due to a ringworm outbreak. During this time, we will not be intaking any new cats or kittens. Adoptions, meet & greets and weekend visisiting hours are also suspended until further notice.

Fraser Valley Folks! A bunny rescue is looking for help!

We need volunteers at our south Surrey shelter🐰

This is an opportunity to work in a relaxing, supportive, family atmosphere with rescued rabbits. We are looking for cage cleaners as well as rabbit handlers to take the bunnies in and out of their exercise areas 🐰

If you would like to help homeless rabbits, learn more about them, and can reliably commit to at least two hours a week, this is a great opportunity! Since we are a registered charity, your work can count for volunteer credits for school and look great on a resume!

This could also be a nice way for anyone to meet people, spend time with animals, and feel effective and productive. Your help would be greatly appreciated ❤️

Experience is not essential, but a calm and gentle demeanour with the bunnies is 😌 Transportation required.

Our Story

If your pet is missing or has been stolen you can post them up on here, and increase the chances of your critter being found. Our site is self-serve. You can post directly with as many details and pictures as you want. It will then be tweeted out as required. The instructions are provided when you send a message - just go the post offer on the left hand side of the page, click on it, and go from there. We only ask that you come back and update your status.

We offer this service as part of Baker Street Agency (petdetectivebureau), a local private investigative firm that loves animals and wants to provide support to people who have lost their furry pal. We offer search services as well but they can be costly and we encourage people to do all the initial search and posters on their own. Never give up - keep looking!

All animals deserve a good chance at life. Remember if you see an animal abused report it to the SPCA.

We try to offer free services where possible. We also pay vet bills for animals that we have rescued. In order to raise funds to do this we operate an online store for animals. Check it out etsy/datkatdatdogdatbun. We have amazing vintage items there for house decor, we make organic dog treats and bunny treats, and some amazing blankets for your bunnies! Each month we are moving forward with new ideas. We will post this information on our site to help with the fundraising.
