Ammo (Shepherd cross) joined Edith and I for an awesome camping adventure. With mom’s permission of course. Swimming, tanning on the docks, long morning walks and beautiful sunny weather. what more could you ask for! We worked on recall, staying with the group and just letting loose and being a dog having a good time. Proud of this boy! We finished it all off with a bath to get the lake water smell off him and dropping him off to sleep for 2 days with his momma. Good boy, Ammo!

We have moved, our new location has separated yards to ensure everyone gets the most comfortable amount of excitement for their needs. A green space across the street provides a great neutral space for training recall or just doing laps and practicing loose leash walking before we hit the sidewalks. Larger indoor space for enrichment, puzzles and toy play. We constantly strive for the best for the pets staying with us so they feel comfortable at home. We have also welcomed Edith the St. Bernard as a full time resident. She has exceeded my expectations and done wonders in her new environment. We no longer offer desheds but will continue doing large dog nail trims and paw pad clean ups. We continue to do small dog and cat grooms.

The morning crew.
These guys had a great time running around and having a party in the yard this beautiful summer morning. We have first timers Piper (corgi) and Uboo (Pomeranian) and our regular guest star Ammo ( Shepherd cross) these boys did amazing and the girls loved having them to play. Uboo had so much fun he needed to cool off his toes in the water bowl Silly boy.

Bullies Unite!
Sybil came for a long weekend stay while her mom volunteers at CountryFest! It’s her first sleepover with me! Blu and Sybil came from the same house and have needed a lot of work to be able to live a peaceful life. Both have been rehabilitated and are thriving besties now! Sybil also got her nails done during her stay, add a nail trim or groom to your pets stay for a discounted charge!

Pete!
This happy Golden boy has been coming to me for about 7 years now and is always a pleasure to work with. He was a fuzzy guy today and we took off lots with both brushing and giving him a natural coat trim to accentuate those curves. You’ll see this smile here and there as he’s often here for a sleepover with his best bud, Molly.

Snoopy did awesome today! We went out with his breakfast today and started with basic obedience in the front yard then when he seemed comfortable and ready to be brave we started moving. He was very unsure at first but every time he’d stop taking treats or engaging we would pullover on the grass and sit and observe the world. The art of doing nothing is very important for some dogs and requires a lot of bravery for dogs like Snoopy. He did awesome and was adequately rewarded for his bravery with lots of kibbles and treats and play. I just know him and his mom are going to thrive working together. Way to go Snoopy!

Meet Snoopy! He is a Rottweiler Dachshund cross. This is his first time away from home while his parents are out of town. He was nervous at first but warmed up quick and settled in nicely. Tomorrow we’re going to tackle his fear of Victoria Ave to make walk times a bit easier for him and his mom. Wish this brave little boy luck!

Remi, sweet Remi.
Remi is a Neapolitan Mastiff and has been staying with me since he was just 12 weeks old where started our basic puppy socialization and obedience. He has been a superstar!! Watching him become a confident polite young man has been nothing short of amazing, and I can’t wait to continue to watch him grow.
