Not a creature was stirring, no hoofprints, no meows.The horses were nestled with round bales galore,Dreaming of snowflakes and crisp winter calls.The ponies were dozing, tails swishing in peace,While outside the barn slept the ducks and the geese.The chickens were roosting, snug in their coop,And the goat and the sheep had joined the calm troop.The cow gave a sigh as she lay on the hay,Knowing tomorrow was Christmas Day.Each creature content in this haven of love,Beneath twinkling stars and the moon up above.To our barn family, so dear and so true,We wish Merry Christmas from all that we do.You’ve touched our hearts in so many ways,Bringing warmth and cheer to our barn these days.May your holidays be safe, joyous, and bright,Filled with laughter and love on this magical night.The horses are ready for their well-earned rest,And we’ll see you next year when we’re back at our best.With love and gratitude from the McGowan crew,And all of our creatures who appreciate you too.
