Dog's Den Home of resident Dog Behavior Expert, Barbara Lloyd. With 17+ years experience & 1k+ of dogs trained, Barbara is the most knowledgable person in Sask.

Barbara’s approach to dog training is rooted in the belief that learning can only be facilitated when a trust relationship has been established between guardian and dog. Her skills and abilities are recognized by both municipal and Court of Queen’s Bench, veterinarians, breeders and trainers across Canada, Germany and the United States. aining & Behaviour Conferences for FDSA & IAABC and her talks are recognized by The Karen Pryor Institute for CEU for Certified Trainers and the International Association of Animal Behaviour Consultants. Additionally Barbara is also a guest Instructor for the Fenzi Dog Sports Academy, and the resident Columnist for The Total Rottweiler Magazine as well as the Chairman of the Board for the Rottweiler Klub of North America. Supporting a strong belief in education, Barbara is routinely invited as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Regina and at High School Psychology Classes to demonstrate the Application of Operant Conditioning and Classical Conditioning. She is also contracted as a mentor by Animal Behaviours College out of California to mentor students in an 18 week mentorship program to facilitate their certification. Barbara is also a published writer and has a broad history of media appearances both on, and off camera as well as radio and in print. Her show "K9 Line" airs monthly on CBC radio one, Afternoon Edition, AM/FM.
