*IMPORTANT DATE CHANGE*
Due to my kids extra curricular activities all falling on Wednesdays, I had to adjust group classes to Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone.

Due to the lack of interest in Puppy classes I've decided to mesh both puppy and beginner classes together. What will this look like?
We will perform the class on leash like any beginner class. This is safest for all the dogs as some may not want young dogs in their face. There will be time allocated at the end of the class for off-leash play for all friendly dogs who want to stick around and make friends.

Our next set of beginner class starts Oct 2nd at 7:45pm at the Outlook Legion. 1 hour per week for 6 weeks for $250. This class is for dogs older than 6 months of age. Proof of vaccinations are required.

Since most people in Outlook don't know me, thought I'd share a bit about myself.

I am a certified dog trainer since 2008 and my business is licensed and insured to teach in Outlook, SK. I'm 39 years old and have been training dogs since I was 19. It was a long road of blood, sweat and tears but I've come a very long way since I adopted a mischievous German Shepherd named Wolfgang.

I have 2 kids who live with me who are 12 and 8 and I work 3/4 time in Outlook.

Distractions distractions distractions!!!!

Working with distractions is easier said than done. Tonight we did some work outside where the gophers were playing. The dogs did very well considering it was our first attempt!!!

Our next sets of classes will be Tuesday, July 9th to August 13th.

Puppy Kindergarten 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Puppies under 6 months of age. Must have 2 sets of vaccinations.

Focusing on off-leash socialization, sit, down, leash work, handling, stay, go to the mat and recalls.

Beginner class 7:45pm-8:45pm.
On leash. Must be vaccinated.

Basics for the novice dog owner. Sit, down, leash work, recall, go to the mat, leave it, stay.

Group classes are once a week for 1 hour. 6 weeks long for $250.

Belle and Riggs popped in tonight for a visit and got registered for classes.

Looking forward to meeting all of the dogs. We have 6 registered for Beginner class. It's now full!

REMINDER DOG TRAINING REGISTRATION NIGHT IS TOMORROW!

Friday, 3rd at the Outlook Legion from 6:30pm-9pm.

Puppy Kindergarten still has lots of space. This class is for puppies as young as 3-4 months up to 6 months of age. We focus on on and off leash socialization and regular obedience work all in one class.

Registration night for dog training classes will be Friday, May 3rd!

Come out to the Outlook Legion on May 3rd between 6:30pm-9pm to register for Beginner Class (older than 6 months) or Puppy Class (under 6 months).

Our Beginner class is almost full but we still have lots of room in our Puppy Class. Once Beginner Class is full we will start a wait list and if need be we can set up another set.
