Ottawa and Valley Lost Pet Network Helping lost and found animals from Ottawa, the Ottawa Valley, the Outaouais and surrounding areas. Please include as much info as possible.

Helping lost and found animals from Ottawa, the Ottawa Valley, the Outaouais and surrounding areas find their way back home. Post about a lost/found animal on the page or send us a message. Phone number and/or email and exact area street/town as we cover a large area. If possible include a photo. If it's a lost animal, please don't forget to include the animal's name. The information will then be

posted on the page and appear in the newsfeed for people to share. You should file a lost pet report with your local animal control officer and your local shelter/pound. For Ottawa Humane Society, you can file a report online at: http://www.ottawahumane.ca/services/lost-and-found/claim-your-lost-pet/lost-animal-report/ or email [email protected]

If it is a found animal, the animal should be brought to a vet or shelter to be scanned for a microchip. You should also report the found animal to your local animal control officer and your local shelter/pound. We strongly recommend that you register the lost/found pet on www.helpinglostpets.com, post an ad on Kijiji, put up posters and put a sign on your lawn. By posting on our page or sending us a message about a lost/found pet, you are giving us permission to share all the information provided on our page, including your name and contact information. We ask that you bookmark the post and check in frequently for comments from our followers.

Hello! Just found this little dog running on Apolune/Cambrian. Has a collar and a leash but no tag. She’s safe with me and playing with my dog (we’re walking in the area). Nobody seems to be looking for her. If you recognize her, please let me know. Will cross post in other communities and file a report with OHS to report as found when I get home.

Hello everyone, This is my cat Hazel, and we live off Tartan on Opal Lane. She is allowed to roam but she has not come back for her morning check in and I am very worried. I have walked around the neighborhood 3 times now and no sign of her. If you have picked her up, please kindly bring her back to Opal and she will come home. She is afraid of cars and people and doesn’t normally stray far away from home. She is also smaller than most cats.

Missing Cat in Tulum - Around Claude Street** ST LAURENT

We're desperately seeking help to find our beloved indoor cat, Tulum, who has been missing since Sunday 28th morning. He is a black and white male, neutered, and has been declawed. Tulum was last seen around Claude Street and is wearing a distinctive green-yellow collar with his information. He is also microchipped. As an indoor cat, he is not accustomed to being outside and may be scared. We are deeply concerned for his safety and well-being. If you have any information or have seen Tulum, please contact us immediately. Your help in bringing him back home safely would mean the world to us. Thank you for your kindness and assistance.

I have a very friendly black and white female cat that I am trying to find her home. I took her to a local vet in Merrickville this morning and unfortunately she does not have a chip or tattoo. She looks to be about 2 and believed to be spayed. She had been seen a few times wandering around Wellington and St. Lawrence in Merrickville.

Roo has been missing since August 17th in BELLS CORNERS. She escaped a car around Tarquin and Tybalt. There have been sightings near 416 and West Hunt Club to Old Richmond Road and Robertson Area. Roo is very skittish, moving fast and goes days between sightings. If seen please take a picture and contact owner.

Hi there our big boy Arie is missing since August 13th in Mackey (stonecliffe) he is fixed and microchipped and 2 years old. He’s never left our backyard before and always came inside before dark but he was no where to be found. We are brokenhearted 😔 praying for his return home. He’s friendly but doesn’t usually go near strangers.

Small mostly white with calico spots short hair with a slightly fluffy tail.

I tried to get a picture but you can't see anything I followed her but wasn't able to retain her so I will search during daylight hours.

A stray black cat has been seen in our back alley. It sleeps under my deck furniture. It is very scared of people. We finally got this photo. We noticed it first early summer. We live in Ottawa near Bronson st and Carling ave. There is an alley behind our houses and it seems to go between all of the houses along the alley. We can't catch it to bring it anywhere.
