We are quite busy the next two weeks. I have a kid free weekend seeing Alexisonfire, Blink 182, Avril Lavigne, Simple Plan and Mike this weekend. Then next week is a week of friends, family and camping. If you email, PM or contact in anyway I might not be able to reply until we are back. I miss all your dogs all the time lol

Well I may be 62 but I feel 20 years younger now after going from 236 to 141 all after finding this little-known “Exotic Rice Method” …

I was having dinner with my friend Jen when she told me about a video she came across while scrolling.

That’s how she found out about this “rice method” that only takes 10 seconds in her morning routine.

I didn’t really believe her at first. But she was gushing about it and I couldn’t argue with her transformation.

She looked amazing by the way. I mean, Jen definitely didn’t look like this before…

So I figured ok I might as well try it.

I mean, I tried so many different things over the years. At least this “rice method” was very simple and easy to fit in to my routine.

Well let me tell you, just this morning I was trying on a swimsuit that I haven’t even dared to LOOK at in years…

I feel like I did in my 30s. That kind of playful, happy me, without a care in the world.

I thought that old me was gone forever…

If you watch the video, you’ll see what I mean. This “rice method" isn’t about exercising or watching everything I eat.

It’s much simpler than that. And it works for me, that’s the main thing!~

I’m just hoping Jen will see this when she’s scrolling, because I want to say the biggest THANK YOU to her for sharing it with me.

I’m just passing it on so others know about it.

Starting in September I will be offering mini group walks of up to 5 dogs. I have walked groups of dogs before and have the skill set to do so. However, for safety, I will only be taking dogs 50lbs or under that I can walk myself. Larger dogs could be a risk due to my size.

Yesterday was a rainy day and today is much nicer. No matter what kind of weather we still get our walks in. Yesterday the dogs were not impressed with the rain. So we chose to go to .valu2446 to do our walks. No matter what kind of adventure your dogs need your dog walker will keep them happy! Thank you for being somewhere we can go in the rain.

Oh hi it’s me, your friendly neighbourhood dog walker.

This summer has been slower for me and it makes me wonder what I can do to keep providing for my family. I am considering taking the Travel + Tourism course part time to add to my business (and if the certificate goes will hopefully I can continue to a diploma and maybe even a BA!). While Unleashed Ldn will be my main business always (I never want to give this up because I love it so much), I’m always slower during travel seasons. So it makes sense to do something around WHY I’m slower to offset that loss of income. Plus I love to travel; I’ve been coast to coast in Canada, to Japan and Ireland to name a few places.

I may apply for the January 2025 intake if I do decide to go this route. I have a tonne of second hand dog gear to sell and going forward I’ll be posting what I have and taking offers for it, while putting it into a college fund for myself. So please, if you’re in need of anything for your pets, let me know because I might just have it!

All I want is to be the best mom I can be and do better for my kids (including the cat and dog!). I’m hoping this is the right decision to explore. Any advice in the industry would be appreciated and wish me luck!

Thanks to for having us today! Juniper was a good little helper. We got some mom and daughter time together all the while her learning some valuable skills in and out of business (see her using her tracing number/letter book). Was a good day!

Reverse vampire teeth. Coyogi is getting through the last of his teething as you can see his teeth coming in. It’s taking a lot out of him, so much that he falls asleep while he’s chewing on his things. I’m glad the most of the teething is over. He’s done great!

As a dog walker, I try to keep your pets safety as top priority. Most of our walks are for exercise or socialization. Hot days like today when it’s too hot to be out long, it’s best to do indoor walks where possible. Bathroom breaks for 10-15 minutes and the remainder time in a pet friendly indoor setting.
Today, Leo and I checked out the new .valu2446 on Baseline and Wharncliffe. It was a good chance to get out of the heat and get him a treat!

Monday morning crew. We went to the dog park before it got too hot or rainy. Looks like we just missed the rain!

Want your dogs to be a part of our crew? I go to the dog park most mornings Monday to Friday and I want to start an afternoon crew in September with on boarding happening through August.

What is on boarding? I require a free meet and greet to get started. This is like an interview process for both sides to ensure your dog walker and your dog are a good fit for each other. The humans go over contracts, enter information into the app (which is where I upload photos and GPS track our walks) and get to know each other.
Then I require all dogs to have at least 3 private walks a week for two weeks to get to know the dogs. I want to be sure their personalities will match with other dogs that will be in the car, at the dog park and in group settings. This is kind of like an assessment of behaviour and personality. Not all dogs are meant for the dog park.

I will be doing small groups 3-5 dogs. Maximum 50lbs and under for safety. There are more logistics to go over and I will be making a post about that soon! If you want more details please PM me.

Hi! It’s your local dog walker here. This summer has been a bit slow in my schedule, mostly in the afternoons. I’m looking to fill my schedule up with more dog walks or cat sitting and will be offering group walks starting in September on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. But until then I’m hoping to add in some bonus work.

Are you a local pet related business? Do you sell treats, pet gear or other services? Are you a pet related business? I’m hoping to collaborate with London businesses to do some affiliate marketing for you. I can do some videos and paid Facebook/instagram advertising for you. Some social media posts and tag you. I can even make loot bags of samples and hand them out to my current and potential new clients. I can even create a physical flyer and put them out in the old south neighbourhood mailboxes. My own dog and some of my doggy clients could be featured at your store or patio (I’ll compensate the owners and get permission of course) to showcase what you’re offering.

I’ve been practicing doing nails on a lot of dogs. Willow is one of my practice dogs. Love that she trusts me to get her nails done.
My own new pup Coyogi has been getting his done weekly for his own practice to get used to it. I’ve been doing my best to not clip too short so I can do them more often while he’s a pup. It’s important to do everything early with your dogs so they can be handled calmly and with care.
Brushing your dogs teeth is important too and often isn’t something people think about. I’ll be carrying nail clippers and some bamboo kids toothbrushes with dog toothpaste in my car for anyone who wants to request these things at an additional charge. It’s the little things that matter for your dogs long term health! 💚🐾
