Anyone who knows us personally, knows that we are big supporters of animal rescue. For over 30 years, we've volunteered, fostered, adopted, fundraised and donated to many rescue organizations. We love that Hop Onine enables us to help out our local and regional rescue partners.

And just like that, it's December! At least in Calgary, the snow has certainly made it feel a lot more wintery.

When Christmas Day falls in the middle of the week, it's always hard to know when to take our break for the Holidays. We've decided that we're going to take Christmas week off, as we always seem to have last minute things to do (or we leave things to the last minute? 🤔) before "the day".

So, this year's schedule will be:

Last delivery before Christmas: Friday, Dec 20
(cut-off time for delivery will be 5:00 pm, Thursday, Dec 19)

CLOSED: Saturday, Dec 21 - Sunday, Dec 29
(we won't be delivering, shipping or answering emails, etc)

We're thinking that we'll probably deliver on Monday, Dec 30, as opposed to Tuesday, Dec 31, but we'll confirm that closer to the day.

We're happy to be working with one of our fave rabbit rescues, Bunny Run Rabbit Rescue, for our first Rescue Wishlist!

We can't say enough good things about the amazing volunteers at Bunny Run. Their dedication to the care of their animals and the work that they put in to fundraising so that they can provide that care is first class. And, on top of that, they are just great people!

WE'RE BACK! - Yup, we're back from our short vacation, but we'll need a few days to get everything back on track. Expect delays for the next week while we process your orders and catch-up on our communications.

We had some new stock arrive while we were away. Cottontail Cottages are back in stock, as well as Fun4Bunnies loofahs and balsa toys (including a couple of new options that will be up shortly). We also received our Sherwood Pet Health shipment! We just need to unpack and count it, then it will be made available.

✈️ VACATION NOTICE! 🛸

We feel the need - the need to be freed! So, we're escaping the zoo and taking a short break from Saturday, October 5 through Sunday, October 12!

The cutoff for orders (local delivery and shipping) will be Thursday, October 3 @ 5:00 pm MDT. The last local delivery before we leave will be Friday, October 4.

There will be no local deliveries, shipping or communications while we are away.

This morning, our hearts are heavy for the town of Jasper. To our Jasper and area customers and anyone with family and friends in the townsite, we are thinking of you.

We have made many memories in the Jasper area over the years. We've celebrated special occasions and relaxed on fall vacations surrounded by one of the most spectacularly beautiful spots in the world. We are in disbelief of what is happening.

🚚 Delivery Schedule Change

There will be no end-of-week (Friday and/or Saturday) delivery run on July 12/13. In addition, Tuesday, July 16 deliveries will be moved to Wednesday, July 17.

If any local customers need supplies in that timeframe, we can arrange a pick-up. Please contact us for details.

Shipping will not be affected, and will operate as usual.
