Summer had her pregnancy X-rays today and unfortunately she won’t be having any puppies.
Meadow should be in heat soon and if she is successfully bred, we’ll have pups in January.

Unfortunately we didn’t have any luck breeding Loba but Summer was bred this week. Fingers crossed for pups in a couple of months.

Just wanted to provide an update on our breeding plans for the rest of this year.

Loba and Summer should be coming into heat in August so if all goes well, we will have pups in Oct/Nov. Following those two litters, we should expect one from Meadow. These will all be Bein babies.

Mya’s cycles are not on a regular schedule so we will be hoping for a litter from her sometime before the end of 2024.

If you are on the wait list and have purchased a puppy elsewhere, please let me know.

Welcome to Oak Farm Kennel

Welcome to Oak Farm Kennel – proud breeder of Registered Bernese Mountain Dogs and owner of dog boarding facilities in a beautiful country setting in Irishtown, New Brunswick.

Oak Farm Kennel began breeding Registered Bernese Mountain Dogs in 1991. We are a member in good standing with the Canadian Kennel Club. All of our pups are home raised and receive a lot of interaction with our nine grandchildren. All of our males, females and puppies reside in our home and with plenty of room to run on our farm.

In order to maintain the standards of the breed, we have imported males and females from Switzerland and breed with males from Monument Mountain Bernese in the USA.
