I wish to to express my extreme gratitude for the care, compassion and professional ethics extended by Honor Your Pet and Fantastic Beasts when it was my boy Beau's time. Nov2,2025. I am still heart broken yet thankful for such excellent care in his crucial time.
That being said, my boy was born right up against me. We had many years together and our bond was unbreakable. His loyalty and love for me never wavered. He had so much love that he gave freely, especially to "his girls" human and and canine alike! And man did he ever love getting those butt scratches! A couple of his girls gave him the nickname " Mr. Itchy bum!" My dog was something special for sure! Many people have told me how much he would lift their spirits when they saw him and when he would shower them with attention, making them laugh, smile and tease him! He loved it!! I know he certainly made me a better man! I am forever grateful for our time together You are now reunited, I'm sure with your mom Sandy, your Auntie Val and Asia, and Val's goats, your Auntie Susie, Uncle John and your sweetheart Penny, to name a few! The lives you touched are innumerable! Thank you Beau for being you and for choosing and honoring me as well your Dad!

Our sweet Sunny cremated Nov 11/25 Central Cowichan Animal Hospital. We adopted Sunny two years and four months ago from Su Casa rescue. He was a senior dog when we adopted him. He was the sweetest most loving little dog that we cherished with all our hearts. He is deeply missed. We feel so lucky this little boy came into our lives. We love him dearly and our hearts hurt without him.

Little (2010-2025)
I lost my kitty to pancreatic cancer on May 22nd, 2025. It was the hardest day of my life, and there is never a day where I don’t think of him. I got him when I was 2 years old and he was 2 weeks. He was the sweetest cat I’ve ever met. He loved to chew cords, or basically anything he could reach. Little also loved to also meow very loudly at 2:00 am. I will never be able to love a cat as much as I loved him, thank you so much for giving me the best childhood ever Little. You got me through so much and I’m so grateful that I got to call you my cat. I love you and I’ll miss you forever,
rest in peace my sweet baby boy. ❤️

FELIX

April 18, 2021 - Sept 19, 2025

We lost our lovely boy Felix at just over 4 years old due to an

illness. Such a gentle Maine C**n cat with a sweet personality. The flower garden was his favorite place to hang out with his buddy Oscar (our other Maine C**n) where they would enjoy sunny afternoon days just lounging around, playing and hunting. He enjoyed cuddling up to Tammy sleeping on her lap providing warmth and the softness of his long silky fur and loud purr motor. His soft little chirps of a voice that were more pronounced when he was hungry as he reached for the pantry door handle. He knew that’s where all the food was stashed! He was totally fascinated how water would appear from the bathtub tap and disappear down the drain. Oscar would manage to turn on the tap and Felix would be right there to watch. The 2 of them ripping around the house chasing each other was always entertaining to watch. He is forever in our hearts and deeply missed.

We said goodbye to our sweet Harley on Sept 5, 2025. He went peacefully, full of treats, and snuggled in his bed. A part of us is missing but we're thankful for the 18 years he gave us. Our hearts are full knowing he can now spend endless days basking in the sun 🌞

Teaka (2012–2025)
My sweet Teaka passed away in 2025 after blessing my life for 13 years. From the moment she came into my world in 2012, she filled my days with love, comfort, and laughter. She was more than just my cat—she was my best friend, my companion through good times and hard times, and the truest example of unconditional love I’ve ever known.
Teaka had a way of making even the toughest days feel lighter. Her gentle presence, her unique little quirks, and the simple joy of having her nearby will be missed more than words can ever say. Though she is no longer by my side, she will always be in my heart, and her memory will live on in the love she gave so freely.

Rest easy, my precious girl. You’ll always be a part of me.

How can we quantify the long and beautiful life of our sweet Clementine? She lived to be almost 17, and she was so many things. As a puppy she was all energy and agility, sleeping on the back of the couch, learning to ring a service bell when she wanted out, and barking at everyone she saw from the window. She loved sleeping under the blankets or in a pile of fresh warm laundry. Her favourite foods were watermelon, salt and vinegar chips, raspberries straight from the vine, and above all else, buttered popcorn (unbuttered would NOT do!). She loved every person she met but was cautious of every dog. She was so gentle, funny, and loving. She was so smart! At age 16½, despite being blind, deaf, and with dementia, she stunned us all by learning to use a wheelchair when she could no longer walk by herself, and quickly it became her favourite activity. We are so thankful to witness her final display of strength and courage!

Every moment of her 16 years, 8.5 months was a true delight and we will never forget her magnificent spirit. We love you Clementine!

Dear Team at Honor Your Pet Aftercare Services,

Words can't express how deeply touched we are by the service you provided for our sweet Dillon after he passed. Everything has been so beautifully done - from the container with the animal constellations and kind message inside the lid to the gorgeous box holding his paw print - it's all perfect. Dillon's nose print is such a precious keepsake, too. We have been especially comforted by the thoughtful message inside the rainbow bridge card. It all has meant so much to us and we just wanted to let you know how grateful we are.

Koda Hardy - Passed away November 25th, 2024.
I've been putting off sending this in for so long, i lost my girl after an abbess bursted on her side that i couldn't afford to remove. She was the sweetest girl, helping me through tough times, and helped me enjoy the moments where it wasnt so tough. Everyday felt like a miracle with her, that she was here, since day 1 when i got her when i was 7. I'm so sorry i couldn't save you my girl, may you rest in peace 🕊️

Makoa came to us as an 18-year-old man with mobility and health issues, in need of a new home. We had no idea how much love was about to come our way when we rescued him. We had 10 wonderful months with him, though we wish it could have been much longer. He was the sweetest, most loyal, most determined little guy we’ve ever met. Caring for him was all-consuming, and it was the honour of my life. We miss him every day. Our sweet boy. We hope he is now chasing chickens back on his island of Kaua’i. Love you forever, Makoa.

My heart was in shock and sadness when you were taken from me on May 17/2025.
Cassidy gave me unselfish love for 12 years and went before his time. A stroke sadly took him away from us and left a deep hole in my heart, I don’t know can be refilled. He was ecstatic to hear me open his Velcro harness because he knew he was going outside safely. He was proud to prance around the block and say hello to other people in our park. Thank you for spending twelve years with me. I’ll always love and remember you. Cassidy 😻

Oreo was a very lovely addition to our family for just 2 1/2 years at the age of 9. He even conned himself into being our bed companion, which was a first for us! He always loved lying upside down in our arms. Oreo was given a lot of love. He is surely missed.
