Together with the rest of the nation, we are remembering and honouring our veterans. The legacies of different generations of Canadians who made the ultimate sacrifice – as well as the men and women who are serving today – must always be remembered. Their bravery, strength and skill helped safeguard and create the freedom that we have today. May we never take for granted all they have done for us and for our country.

It's National Animal Shelter & Rescue Appreciation Week!

Most rescues/shelters do not receive funding and require donations and volunteers in order to help animals in their care. Consider donating supplies, a monetary donation or your time towards a rescue!

Looking for a Christmas gift for the animal lover who has it all? Make a donation in their name.

Did you adopt your pet from a shelter/rescue? Tell us more, or post a photo of your pet, in the comments.
