This silly pile of ribbons made me cry today...

I'm trying to clean, and I've been avoiding this bag of memories for months. Every few years, I'll bring it out, reorganize in a different bag, get frustrated, and put it back in the closet for another random stretch of time...

I loved being a competitive coach & rider.. and I've withstood a great deal of crap over the years in order to gain the education and qualifications I now carry. These ribbons are a reminder of that.. the highs and the lows.

These last few months, there have been a few "bad apples" who have tried to discredit me for no reason.

It pushed me over the edge to the point where I stepped back from coaching to heal and refocus.

I'm putting 100% of my energy into my own horse and remembering that, from time to time, I do know a thing or two! lol 😆

I let others get into my head, and the self-doubt has been a big struggle.

I know there have been requests for lessons, and I am finding my way back to that, I promise.

Please bare with me as I just check in with my mental health for a bit first ❤️

I love teaching, horses, and riders, but this career is not an easy path, and sadly, I sustained some burnout.

It will be ok.. 😎👌🏻

Travel Expenses - INDIVIDUAL depending on distance.
