A B.C. family wants restitution after a large dog attacked and killed their own small dog at Stanley Park on Monday. The owner of the large dog fled the scene.

Well that did not take long.

With the power of all your shares, we believe "Squish" found an amazing home today. He will have a doggy sibling with a dog savy Mama.

I got so many messages for him... I didn't even read them all. I was not expecting that!

Today Squish got Vaccinated, Dewormer, nail trim, and a parvo and distemper test both negative.

We are taking him to the vet this week for his sugeries, and ge goes home with his new mom week later.

We have had this little guy for almost 24 hours so far and here's what we know about him!

He is quite social, it is clear he was taken care of. So called breeders don't want to sell a dog with any defects, including surgery for cherry eye, and that is why he was surrendered to us.

He's quiet.. doesn't bark.

He is good to chill on his own. He also loves cuddles being carried and hugs.

Great with cats, small dogs, and a large dog.

Kid friendly.

Not a chewer.

Slept through the night with no accidents.

Love water.. baths and playing in his water dish.

I have access to an entire home.. but this quickly became "my spot!"

We haven't received any donations yet and cannot get him in to his surgery without securing funds to pay for it.
