Beware! Not sure there are any precautions you can take other than ensuring your pets are receiving regular veterinary care.

If you notice something unusual with your pet's health, keep them away from other dogs! No need to start an epidemic that can easily be avoided.

If you've recently adopted a dog from outside of Canada, keep an extra eye on your pet as it seems the source comes from countries where it's canine flu is common.

Husky mix puppy.

Adopted! Freya has an amazing home lined up, thanks to you all!

We can't believe that Freya has not had one application yet! This girl is doing so well with routine and socialization but a shelter is no place for a puppy to grow up.

Please share so we can find her new family! Freya is a husky mix, approximately 6 months old. She would do well with an older canine sibling to show her the ropes.

We have more information on Fritz
This male golden mix is around 1 year old and described as the happiest dog ever. So far he is great with all dogs and kids. He has not met any cats. Fritz is around 60 lbs, vaccinated but not yet neutered. Please email [email protected]

He's coming from an abandoned camp in Manitoba where he was cared for by some teachers. Happy new beginning Fritz!
