No recent pics of Blaze who was adopted before Christmas. He’s at Avalon this morning for his big boy surgery. We wish him a speedy recovery❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹🐈⬛
UPDATE: Sky was one of three little orphans saved just days old last year. Unfortunately one didn’t make it but Sky and her sister were both adopted to great homes. Here is Sky with her new sister Misty. Their mom Jenelle Rideout wrote in this morning: “They love one another so much. Sky is so cuddly- never ever owned a cat like this. She mauls us to death. She certainly is - just like a dog in ways - she greets us as soon as we get home- and even if we are gone for 5 mins it’s like hours to her - doesn’t matter- she not as intelligent as Misty lol - which makes her personality just the funniest- she not graceful at all- and when she sees birds out our window she’s like taaa da I’m here ! As Misty will do the whole down low stocking thing. They are both so different❤️” Thank you for the beautiful update! We love to see our little darlings thriving in their loving homes ❤️❤️❤️🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈🐈🐈
Aw! Pumpkin is one lucky kitty! Look what Danielle Simmons his mom sent in. They spent the afternoon putting this together and Pumpkin just loves it❤️❤️❤️ Now I want one for my cats🤦🏻♀️😂
No recent pics of Pepper but here he is not long after he was adopted. He’s at Avalon taking his oath of make no kitties this morning. We wish him a speedy recovery❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹🐈⬛🐈⬛

Little Fury who was adopted last Fall has grown so much and doing great. He’s on his way to Avalon this morning to take his oath of make no kitties. We wish him a speedy recovery ❤️🩹🐈🐈⬛
Heated outdoor shelters and heated water bowls make a huge difference for so many cats on the island. Drinking water is a challenge people have learned to live with on Bell Island going to the water shack to fill jugs and lugging them back home. Cats have no way of finding water on the island especially during winter. A bowl of water left outside normally forms a hard crust within 30 minutes or so. The little house on the left is a feeding station. It not only keeps the weather off the food it also prevents birds from stealing all the kibble🤦🏻♀️ THANK YOU FOR HELPING US HELP THE CATS OF BELL ISLAND ❤️❤️❤️they appreciate it sooo much!😻😻😻😽😽😽 @everyone
UPDATE: Casper who was adopted around this time last year is doing great! Maybe a little mischievous? Haha!🙀😻😺 Thank you Erica Downer for the cute update❤️❤️❤️🐈🐈
The wood shelter was made and donated by Matt Tanner almost 3 years ago and it is still used by kitties everyday. We’re looking for straw to change out the straw in many of our outdoor shelters…it’s so hard to find🤦🏻♀️ The heated shelter is a big hit with the kitties! We have 2, one here and another at a different feeding property. The cats are fighting over them 💔 To be fed every day consistently is a big help but to be fed and kept warm and dry over the winter is huge! We are looking for donations to buy a few more. If you’d like to help, any amount can be sent to [email protected] Thank you so much for your help!❤️🐈🐈⬛🐈
Aw look at tiny Salem trying to keep up with his bigger foster brothers lol Salem loves to play and would absolutely love a home of his own.
