Last Thursday marked an unforgettable moment in my journey as a young entrepreneur. I was presented with the prestigious "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" award by the Simcoe District Chamber of Commerce and Fanshawe College.
This award is a tribute to the passion and hard work that has gone into Beer Bites, a business I started when I was just 12 years old. It all began with a realization about the waste produced during beer brewing, and my commitment to sustainability and delicious dog treats.
I'm deeply grateful for this recognition and am thankful to everyone who has been a part of this incredible adventure. It's a reminder that age should never be a barrier to pursuing your dreams and making a positive impact.

Today Jaxon had the chance to attend a mentorship session led by that went over how to optimally use social media in marketing.
These sessions are a part or the Summer Company program run by the that Jaxon and multiple other young entrepreneurs are a part of. This program is created to help young entrepreneurs grow their businesses over the summer and establish long-lasting knowledge of how to operate a business.

If you didn't know, each treat is hand baked in Jaxon's kitchen and cut out by hand with a custom 3D Printed cutter he made. They are then thoroughly dehydrated in his commercial dehydrator to ensure the end result is top quality, with a long shelf life.
